Do nothing right now. Your system is processing. No subcategories. No drill-down.
Test periodically to find out when the pause is complete, then return to the menu.
Benevolence is already at work. This category has no subcategory list to test down.
Ask: "Is there anything I need to do to participate with being tended to?"
If yes, test which category on the menu it routes you to.
If no, your job is to not interfere.
From Lesson 5.5 - Exercise 1: Examining Your Assumptions About Benevolence
Step 1: Write down what programs or assumptions you carry about benevolence. What has your life taught you about whether the universe is kind, whether help is real, whether you are tended to?
Step 2: Ask your Greater Intelligence what to let go of. Use muscle testing to identify which assumptions are not true, which ones limit your capacity to receive, and which ones are ready to be released.
Step 3: Ask: "Am I ready for truth about benevolence?" If yes, ask what truth. If no, ask what needs to happen first.
Wait. Receive. Drill down to which practice, for how long, and with what focus.
- Activate or tend to a chakra (test which one, what it needs, how long to stay with it)
- Work with a meridian (test which meridian, direction of flow, what it is clearing or building)
- Engage with your subtle bodies (etheric, emotional, mental, causal - test which layer needs attention and what kind)
- Tend to your energy field (clearing, strengthening, expanding, repairing boundaries)
- Work with your Heart Treasure (ask what your Heart Treasure needs, what it is developing, what it is ready for)
- Grounding or earthing practice (connecting to the earth, rooting, stabilizing your system)
A conversation with benevolence is itself a spiritual practice. The cosmic questions in Lesson 4.2 are your models - they show you the shape of a question that opens a real exchange.
Use muscle testing to ask: "Is there a conversation with benevolence that is right for me to have right now?" If yes, use the cosmic questions below or the ones you built in your workbook as starting points.
Directed to benevolence. The asking itself is developmental - every time you use muscle testing to ask about benevolence, your system becomes informed by benevolence. The inquiry changes you.
- Is reality one thing? Is that one thing the same thing for everyone? Or does it shift depending on the consciousness of the person perceiving it?
- Is higher consciousness available to people who have lower consciousness?
- Is it possible for me to become benevolent?
- Is it possible for my Heart Treasure to be so developed that it can be a healing force in the world?
- Do other planets exist that have intelligent loving beings on them?
- Is it possible for Earth to evolve from where she is now into a higher planet?
- Do animals evolve? Do plants evolve?
- Are there benevolent beings who are willing to dedicate their care, devotion, and attention to helping me evolve, heal, and advance my consciousness?
- Is intelligence something a person has, or something that moves through them? If it moves through them - where does it come from? What is its source? Is the source the same for all beings, or are there different sources of intelligence?
- When one person evolves, does it affect the people around them? Does the evolution of one person contribute to the evolution of humanity?
- The body knows things the mind has never learned. It knows how to heal a wound, how to fight an infection, how to grow a baby from two cells into a full human being. Where does that intelligence live? Is it possible to communicate with it directly?
- When a person lets go of everything they accumulated - beliefs, defenses, habits of perception - what is left? Is there something underneath all of that? Is it the same thing in every person?
- Grids of humanity are ancient. Can humans build new beneficial structures that exist alongside or within those grids? Can individuals participate in that building consciously?
- Love is a constant, always available, never withheld by the cosmos. People block it, but it does not stop. What IS it, structurally? Is it a force? A frequency? A substance? A being?
- Is there communication happening constantly between all living things that most humans are not aware of? If so, is it possible to become aware of it? What changes when a person does?
- Why human consciousness at all? What is the purpose of a being that can be aware of its own awareness? Is there something that human consciousness makes possible that no other form of consciousness can?
From Lesson 5.5 - Exercise 2: Building Your Own Questions for Benevolence
Use this five-point checklist when building a question to bring to benevolence through muscle testing:
- Presuppositions - What does the question assume is true? Are you comfortable with those assumptions? Would you get a different answer if you dropped one of them?
- Intentionality - What do you actually want to know? Is the question asking what you mean it to ask, or is it asking something narrower or broader than your real interest?
- Leading direction - Does the question lead toward a particular answer? Could you genuinely receive either a yes or a no?
- Feelings in the question - What are you feeling as you ask it? Fear, hope, urgency, curiosity? Is the feeling driving the question or is the question clean of it?
- Could you receive a no - If the answer is no, would you accept it? If you cannot receive a no, the question is not yet a real question - it is a wish dressed as an inquiry.
After an exchange with benevolence, after a spiritual practice, after sitting with a question about the nature of reality - your system may need time to integrate what it received.
The pause is not nothing happening. It is everything you just engaged with settling into place.
