Your intelligence knows more
than you are asking it
A self-paced course for using muscle testing as a daily practice for designing your life.
Maybe you can muscle test already. You get clear yeses and nos. You trust the answer.
So why does it still feel like you are only scratching the surface?
You stand in front of the supplement shelf and test three things. You ask whether to take the job. You check whether a food is right for you. These are real questions with real answers, and they matter.
But somewhere in the back of your awareness, you sense there is more available to you than you are currently accessing. You just do not know what to ask.
Maybe you have had the experience of discovering something important - a health issue, a relationship pattern, a direction for your work - and realizing you could have caught it months earlier if you had thought to ask about it. Not because your intelligence did not know. Because you did not have the question.
This is the most common thing people say after learning muscle testing:
"I can test. But I don't know what to ask."
That is not a failure of your testing. It is a bottleneck in the interface between you and your own intelligence.
Your intelligence is not the problem
Your Greater Intelligence has access to far more than you are cognitively aware of. It cooperates with your body, with benevolence, with the Earth. It knows things about your health, your relationships, your direction, your timing - things you have never thought to ask about.
But it can only reach you through questions you think to ask.
If a whole territory of your life is not on your radar - if you have never put the question on the table - the signal has nowhere to land. Your intelligence might know that something in your home needs attention, that a relationship needs a conversation, that your body is ready to let go of a food you have been eating for years. But if you do not have those categories in front of you when you sit down to test, you will never ask.
This is not an intelligence problem. It is an interface problem. The doorway between you and your Greater Intelligence is only as wide as the questions you bring to it.
The Menu of Options widens the doorway.
What the Menu of Options actually is
The Menu is a personal reference system you build around the full landscape of your life. Not a to-do list. Not someone else's checklist. A living structure organized around what matters most to you - your health, your relationships, your spiritual life, your home, your work, your healing, what you are building, what you are ready to let go of.
You bring this structure to your Greater Intelligence every day. You ask: What is my Right Next Step? Your intelligence directs you to a category. You drill in. One answer opens the next question, and the next, layer by layer, until you are no longer guessing about your own life.
The menu does not tell you what to do. Your intelligence knows. The menu makes sure your intelligence can reach you in every area of your life - not just the ones that happen to be on your mind today.
Here is a glimpse of what the template menu looks like:
Each category has subcategories. "Tending to my body's health" branches into water, supplements, food, rest, sleep timing, exercise, posture, temperature, sensory input, and more. "Something to let go of" branches into assumptions, narratives, beliefs, perceptions, reactions, conclusions, attitudes, habits of bracing, the need to be right, loyalty to someone who is not loyal to you, an old version of yourself, perfectionism.
This is what the course teaches you to build. Organized around your North Star, the things that matter most to you. Someone else's menu would look entirely different from yours, because it is organized around their life, their values, and what they are building.
Try this right now
Think about everything you asked your body or your intelligence about in the last week. Every question you brought to muscle testing, to your gut feeling, to any form of inner knowing.
Now think about everything you did not ask about - because it did not occur to you.
Your health. Your home. A relationship that shifted. A pattern you have been repeating. Something your body has been trying to tell you. A decision you have been deferring. Something you are ready to let go of but have not named.
The gap between those two - what you asked and what you did not think to ask - is the bottleneck. It is not that your intelligence did not know. It is that you did not have the question.
The Menu of Options course closes that gap.
Where this leads
Muscle testing is the on-ramp to a cosmic highway.
The highway leads to your inner reality: getting to know who you truly are and your True Nature, sorting through the programming and the conditioning, being able to tell the difference between what is yours and what was handed to you. It leads to your body healing step by step through following your Right Next Step. It leads to relationships shifting because you started asking better questions about them. It leads to clarity about your work, your purpose, your direction.
It leads to cooperation with benevolence - being tended to, guided, and taught by sovereign beings who are willing to dedicate their care and attention to your evolution. It leads to asking your Greater Intelligence questions you did not know were possible to ask. Questions about the nature of reality. Questions that change you just by asking them, because accessing higher intelligence is itself the catalyst for transformation.
MT1 builds the circuit - the reliable connection between your mind and your Greater Intelligence. MT2 gives you the territory. The questions. The structure that turns a testing tool into an instrument for living.
The circuit is the on-ramp. The menu is the highway.
What this course teaches
How to construct questions. How to recognize when you are pre-loading the answer. How to build a personal menu organized around your North Star. How to follow the thread of one answer into deeper and deeper inquiry.
The course is built on three pillars:
- Your Greater Intelligence - what it actually is, why it is not just a testing tool but a living intelligence built into you that evolves through cooperation with benevolence. Without understanding GI, the menu is just a list. With it, the menu becomes alive - because you understand what you are actually working with when you test.
- Clean questions - how to catch yourself deciding what your intelligence will say before you ask. "Should I eat broccoli?" carries assumptions about timing, amount, and who is actually being asked. This pillar teaches you to notice when your question is leading and how to ask without pre-loading the answer.
- Right Next Stepping toward your North Star - the fundamental daily practice. "What is right for me to do next?" Combined with your North Star - the things that matter most to you, organized by what kind of life you are building - this becomes the organizing principle of your entire inquiry.
What is inside
Six modules. A workbook for building your own menu alongside the lessons. Self-paced - yours the moment you enroll.
From me to you
I ask my menu 100-200 times per day. It is not an exercise I do in the morning and put away. It is how I navigate my entire life - every decision about my body, my work, my animals, my spiritual practice, my relationships.
My body healed step by step through following my Right Next Step. Sometimes that meant health protocols. Sometimes it meant learning about genetics, or understanding something about the mind I had never considered. The inquiry itself was the teacher - each step revealed what I needed to learn next.
The question I hear most often is: "I can muscle test, but what do I ask?" I built this course to answer that question - with an extensive framework of questions, worked examples across every category, and the structure for building your own living practice.
Why I built this
Muscle testing opens a door. You can ask your Greater Intelligence, your body, and benevolence direct questions and receive direct answers. That is profound.
But the door opens onto a highway. The highway goes further than a single yes or no can take you. It goes to your inner reality, to healing, to building a life that is actually congruent with who you are. To get there, you need more than a circuit. You need to know what to bring to the conversation.
This is what I discovered through years of asking guidance things, through changing, through learning what I did not know I needed to learn. Muscle testing is not merely a body of information - it is the method by which you discover all that you need to know.
MT2 gives you the frameworks, the questions, the worked examples, and the method. It is a body of information that teaches you how to generate your own.
Is this for you
This is for you if
- You can muscle test and want to know what to do with it
- You sense there is more available to you than you are currently accessing
- You want to use your intelligence to design your life, not just troubleshoot it
- You want a living daily practice, not a one-time technique
- You care about asking the right questions as much as getting the right answers
This is not for you if
- You want someone else to tell you what your Right Next Step is
- You are looking for a fixed system to follow rather than one you build yourself
- You are not willing to practice
- You want quick answers without learning how to construct good questions
The path
Muscle testing is taught in two courses. The first builds the circuit - the reliable connection between your mind and your Greater Intelligence. The second gives you the territory - what to ask, how to construct questions, and how to use muscle testing to design your life.
Level 1: Building the Circuit
The foundation. One method, taught well, with the principles that make it accurate. You learn to ask your Greater Intelligence, your body, the field of intelligence, and someone else's system a yes-or-no question and to trust the answer. Self-paced. $400 or two payments of $200.
Level 2: Menu of Options
Where the circuit becomes a life practice. Question construction, Right Next Stepping, the personal menu, layered inquiry. You go from testing to designing. Self-paced. $550 or two payments of $295. MT1 is a prerequisite.
If you are new to muscle testing, start with Level 1. If you have completed MT1, you are ready for Level 2. If you want the complete path from the beginning, the bundle gives you both courses together.
Questions
Do I need to take Muscle Testing 1 first?
Yes. The menu runs through the circuit. Without accurate muscle testing, the menu has no mechanism - you would be building a reference system with no way to use it. MT1 teaches the accuracy. MT2 teaches what to do with it. If you are new to muscle testing, start with Level 1, or enroll in both courses together with the bundle.
I already muscle test every day. Will I get something from this?
If you have ever had the thought "I can test, but I don't know what to ask" - this is the course for that. Most people who muscle test regularly are still only accessing a fraction of what is available to them, because they are only asking about what occurs to them in the moment. The menu systematically widens what your intelligence can reach you about. Even experienced testers find that the menu opens inquiry they were not having.
What is the difference between this and just asking yes-or-no questions?
Yes or no is the mechanism. The menu is the territory. Without the menu, you can only ask about what happens to be on your mind. With it, your intelligence can direct you to things you would never have thought to ask about - because now you have a place for the answer to arrive. The menu also teaches you how to follow one answer into the next question, layer by layer, which is a fundamentally different practice than asking isolated yes-or-no questions.
How much time does this take?
The course is self-paced. At a reasonable pace, the course takes 12 weeks. How quickly you move through the material is up to you. The menu itself is a daily practice - how deeply you go with it on any given day is between you and your intelligence. Some people use it throughout the day. The course teaches you how to build it in a way that fits your life.
Is this a certification program?
No. This is a personal practice course. You are building your own menu for your own life. There is no certification, no exam, no evaluation. The measure of whether it worked is whether your daily inquiry expanded and your life is advancing.
Can I take MT1 and MT2 at the same time?
The bundle gives you access to both courses. You would complete MT1 first - Building the Circuit - and then move into MT2 when you are ready. Both are self-paced, so you set the pace.
