Source Code Collective Workbook
Tap any section below to open it.
This workbook is your working document for the entire program. It is where you take what you learn in the course and apply it to yourself. You will return to it again and again - across phases, between calls, and long after the program ends.
(approx. weeks 1-9)
Phase 1 has three parts:
- Part 1: Entering the Territory orients you. You meet the core concepts, find your North Star, and begin noticing what is already at work in you.
- Part 2: Mapping the Landscape is where the deeper work begins. You learn the mechanics - how your patterns sustain themselves, what is informing them, and what in you already knows the way forward. Then you study three lists of detrimental patterns and work through a sequence of exercises with each one. This is the most substantial section.
- Part 3: Your Life in Motion is where the work meets your actual life - the ordinary moments where patterns operate and where you practice being different.
Each exercise is tied to a specific lesson in your Kajabi course. Always do the lesson first, then come to the workbook. The workbook holds a condensed version of what you learned in Kajabi alongside the exercise, so you always have context on the page - but the full teaching lives in the course lessons.
When you encounter an unfamiliar term, refer to your Working Vocabulary in the early part of Phase 1 in Kajabi.
Some exercises ask you to write. Some ask you to contemplate. Both are valuable, and a combination of both is best. If you are someone who does better with contemplation than writing, give yourself that breathing room - but do write when prompted, even briefly. Writing externalizes what is running inside you. It makes patterns visible that contemplation alone can miss.
No lesson needed - begin here.
Have you glimpsed who you could be, who you want to be, that would feel so uplifting, so freeing - that you have dismissed as too big, too abstract, or irrelevant to the life you are actually living?
Write freely. Do not edit yourself.
After the lesson "What You Call 'I'"
Notice the moments today when your sense of "I" shifts. "I like. I don't like. I need. I don't need. I want. I don't want. I hope. I'm afraid. I'm excited." on and on and on. When did you feel like a different version of yourself? You do not need to write anything. Just notice.
After the lesson "3 Main Source Treasures and Their Surrounding Structures"
Deep within the universe of the center of your head, is a profoundly radiant treasure. Spend the next 30 seconds (or longer) knowing it's there. It's not about seeing it. It's about knowing it.
Deep within the universe of the center of your chest, is a profoundly radiant treasure. Spend the next 30 seconds (or longer) knowing it's there. It's not about seeing it. It's about knowing it.
Deep within the universe of your lower belly, is a profoundly radiant treasure. Spend the next 30 seconds (or longer) knowing it's there. It's not about seeing it. It's about knowing it.
After the lesson "Awareness"
What are you aware of right now that you were not aware of 10 seconds ago? Awareness is not something you turn on. It is something you notice is already happening. Do not let "I don't know" be the stopping point. Just notice what you are becoming aware of that you didn't know you were already aware of. There's more here than you can fathom.
After the lesson "Gradients of Life"
Consider that everything you are is multiple shapes in motion, the infinitesimal, the measurable, all connected by a living latticework of your consciousness. It all makes up the shape of you.
After the lesson "Challenges Into Gifts"
Think of an imbalanced pattern you already know about yourself - something you have done repeatedly. Without trying to fix it, just notice - what does it take to do that pattern? What skillset is required to pull it off? You will explore this much more deeply in later exercises.
Lesson: North Star
Your North Star is not your life purpose. Life purpose is the current that carries you - emerging, fluid, evolving. Your North Star is the reference point on the horizon. More specific, more directional. It is what lights you up when you think about it. If it does not light you up, it needs more curiosity.
Your North Star is not a destination. It is an orientation - a direction you move toward. It is what happens along the way when you become the person you need to be in order to create the life you want to live in.
Think of your North Star as the more you want it and work with it, the more you become your True Nature.
Take your time with these questions. Write freely. Do not edit yourself. Let what comes, come.
- If you knew that all of your efforts led to something that you really, really care about, and that it would never end and in fact only got better and better - what would you want?
Do not limit yourself to what seems realistic or achievable. The question is not "what can I get?" The question is "what would I want if I knew it would never be taken away?"
- What are the things that you know that, by doing either once or continuously for the rest of your life, will feel good to do and lead you in the direction that you want to go in?
- If you were already doing everything right, what would your mind be doing? What would your heart be doing? What would their collaboration look like?
Example: My mind would be clear, responsive to Truth in an uplifting way, responding only to problems that are mine to tend to, capable of allowing new information to change me in the direction of my upward evolution. My heart would expand and release any old pain to make room for more love. It would stabilize with my Heart Source Treasure and deliver my source energies to the rest of my system. It would facilitate life forces in me, helping my body to heal and transform its biology.
- What processes do you care about the most?
This is a different way of saying, "What things or people do you care about the most?" Because if you care about the things and people in your life, it is because you care about the processes that sustain them. For example, "I care about my heart expanding and becoming resilient." That is a process that will increase the likelihood of having healthy relationships.
- Look at what you wrote. Now ask:
- What would your system need to change into in order for the answers to continue to be more real?
- Who do you need to become?
Your combined answers reveal the components of your North Star - not a list of desires, but who you need to become and the processes necessary to sustain that.
Some Components of Triya's North Star:
Competence at many things. Intelligence that feels natural, not forced. Access to what I need to know and do, when I need it, because it is right for me. Knowing when to act and why. Efforts that add value to my life and the lives I am part of. My system and its architecture as part of a larger system of benevolence. To be recognized for who and what I am in every moment - to recognize others for exactly who and what they are - nothing added, nothing taken away, just total recognition. Knowing what love is in as many contexts as possible. Presence that becomes more and more potent. Gifts, skills, and abilities that keep developing. Access to the most capable, loving, and exquisitely skilled teachers in the cosmos. Stability under all conditions and in all ways. Every vulnerability tended to such that it becomes a strength.
Notice - it is not one thing. It is a constellation. Every part is specific enough to orient toward, but open enough to keep deepening.
Triya's North Star is meant to inspire you into recognizing your own. Feel free to use any of the components, if they speak to you.
Do you become your True Nature, or are you already your True Nature?
You do not need to answer this now. Let the question stay open. You will return to it.
In Part 1, you oriented - you established and are developing your North Star, began learning the vocabulary, and opened the question of who you could be. Now you go inward.
Part 2 teaches you the mechanics of how your system operates - what keeps patterns in place, what makes them feel invisible, and what makes change possible. Then you apply those mechanics to three reference lists, studying them one at a time and tracing what you find back to yourself.
The work moves in two stages. First, you learn the concepts (sub-structures, software, presuppositions, congruence, referencing, awareness, choice). Then you study the lists using exercises that build on each other. Each list gets the full exercise sequence before you move to the next.
Lesson: Self Sub-Structures, Software, and Presuppositions
After completing the lesson, do this exercise.
You will work with two related but different things throughout this course. Knowing the difference matters.
Presuppositions are meanings baked into a word or phrase: the structure of a thought or statement before the person even says it - the hidden premises that make the statement possible. They are deeper than beliefs. They are the shape of the syntax itself. The meaning in you running before and during your inner dialogue. They inform how the language is put together.
Assumptions are the conscious or semi-conscious beliefs a person holds about a situation - "No one is going to help." "They do not respect me." "I have to do this myself or it will not get done." You can often name your assumptions when asked. Presuppositions are harder to see because they are not the content of what you think - they are the structure underneath it that shows up in language.
Both matter. Assumptions fuel your congruences. Presuppositions shape them. You will practice hearing presuppositions in this exercise. You will examine assumptions later, when you work with the reference lists and your ordinary moments.
I construct my sentences using presuppositions (words that have meaning) to deliver the assumptions I carry.
When someone says "They don't listen to me," let's explore some presuppositions:
- This presupposes that the person has already spoken, and that the other person isn't listening.
- It refers to the past as if it is happening now.
- It implies that 'not being listened to' is an ongoing dynamic.
More examples of presuppositions
"When did you stop practicing the piano?"
Presupposition: The person used to practice the piano. The question skips asking if they played and goes straight to when they stopped.
"I wish my landlord would fix the leaking sink."
Presupposition: The speaker rents their home, they have a landlord, and the sink is currently leaking. Words like "wish" and "fix" automatically imply a current negative reality.
"The third candidate was much better than the others."
Presupposition: There were at least three candidates total. Specific numbers ("third") and comparative words ("better") force a structural assumption.
"We need to investigate why our project failed again."
Presupposition: The project failed, and it has failed at least once before in the past. Focus on the word "again," which instantly turns a single event into a repeating pattern.
"Even my brother could solve this riddle."
Presupposition: The speaker's brother is usually bad at solving riddles, and the riddle is very easy. The word "even" carries an unspoken emotional judgment or expectation.
Your Turn
Below are 10 ordinary statements - things people say and think every day. For each one, write out what has already been concluded before or during the statement. What is being presupposed? What meaning is already in place that gives this sentence its shape?
Work through all 10 before looking at the answers that follow.
- "I want to be happy."
- "This task is boring."
- "They don't listen to me."
- "I cooked them food, but they're still ungrateful."
- "I make the effort, and I'm still not getting what I want."
- "I've tried everything, but I still experience this problem."
- "I would feel better if they took responsibility for what they did."
- "They don't know what I meant."
- "I'm tired of cleaning up after them."
- "Every time I bring it up, it starts a fight."
Answers
These answers are possible presuppositions that are built into the statements. A person acts from them as if they were true. All statements have presuppositions, for better or worse. That's the nature of humans. We deliver consciousness, codes and intent through our language. It's that way every time we speak. The goal is to find out what we are delivering in our language, from deep within.
"I want to be happy." I am not happy. I could be happy. I need something in order to be happy. They or it interfere with my happiness. Or - happiness is not possible, so I just long for it instead.
"This task is boring." The task should be interesting. I am obligated. "Boring" means do something I prefer instead - so the software runs the program of "boring" in order to direct you toward what you would rather be doing. But it is a trap. Because the next thing eventually gets boring too.
"They don't listen to me." I speak louder. I do not speak. I speak fast. I talk a lot. I wait to be interrupted. I do not listen either. I am distracted because I know they are not listening. When any of those things are built into "They don't listen to me," you are going to do them. You are going to speak fast or not at all because you are ready for them to not listen. See the loop?
"I cooked them food, but they're still ungrateful." Being cooked for would or should inspire their gratitude. They equate being cooked for with your intention of caring about them. They wanted the food. You were supposed to cook. You assumed those things. That's why you're surprised or disappointed that they're ungrateful.
"I make the effort, and I'm still not getting what I want." You assume and therefore presuppose: The efforts are directly linked to the outcome. The efforts are effective at getting you what you want. You are congruent with getting what you want. Just because you want it does not mean you are ok having it, or that what you are doing is going to get you there.
"I've tried everything, but I still experience this problem." What you are trying applies toward the success of the outcome. You should have seen results by now. There are not other options.
"I would feel better if they took responsibility for what they did." They are capable of taking responsibility. Feeling better is fragile. Feeling better is correlated with their capacities.
"They don't know what I meant." You spoke clearly to begin with. What you have to say matters to them. How you said it is the only way for them to understand. You meant what you said. Are all of these things true?
"I'm tired of cleaning up after them." If you do not clean, no one will. You are trapped in a messy house or office. They want you to clean it up. They should be grateful and see your efforts.
"Every time I bring it up, it starts a fight." The way I bring it up should work. The way I bring it up does not work. They want to hear it. They need to hear it. If I do not bring it up, the problem remains. There is only one way to bring it up.
When you speak, ask yourself, "What am I presupposing while I'm saying this?"
Lesson: Congruence, Valence Charge, Referencing, Attention, and Choice
After completing the lesson, do this exercise.
List out 25 small outcomes you often hope for. Not life goals - small ones. The ones running in the background of your ordinary moments. What you hope will happen when you walk into a room, send a message, start a task, have a conversation.
Some examples: Someone will notice you and smile. Someone will give you money. You will find money on the ground. You feel relieved. You get an aha. You relieve the anger. Things make more sense. Grief is gone. You feel safer. You are motivated. You get to rest.
Write all 25 before continuing.
Now go back through your list. Not all wanting is the same. There are two types, and they feel different.
Wanting from absence. You want something because you do not have it - and your system is organized around not having it. You want it, but deep down inside you don't think it's possible. It's wishful thinking, and you know it. The wanting is driven by a void. You are congruent with the absence, and the wanting itself maintains that congruence. This type of wanting feels like wishful thinking.
Wanting from knowing. You want something because you know it is there for you. You may not know how to get there or when it will happen, but you know it is possible. You are congruent with it - or moving toward congruence with it - and you will stop at nothing. This type of wanting feels like certainty of outcome. It feels right to want it. You're ok with wanting it.
Using two different colors or two different marks, go through your list and identify which type of wanting is driving each item. For each one, ask yourself: does this feel like wanting from absence, or does this feel like wanting from knowing?
When you are done, look at what you marked. The items that feel like wanting from absence show you where congruence with not having it is running your ordinary moments. You will return to these items later in the course.
Lesson: Congruence, Valence Charge, Referencing, Attention, and Choice
List out at least 10 decisions in your life that you do not question - the ones that feel settled, obvious, or just the way it is. These might be about where you live, who you are with, what you do for work, how you spend your time, what you believe about yourself, what you believe about others. They are the decisions that feel like facts and are rarely questioned.
Write your list before continuing.
Now choose five of those decisions. For each one, write out the presuppositions you notice. Study how you wrote those. In the language you wrote, what have you already concluded that is baked into what you wrote? About yourself, about others, or about the situation that makes this decision feel like it does not need questioning? Use what you practiced in Exercise 1.3 - look for the meaning that is already in place before you even think about the decision.
Some of your unquestioned decisions may be exactly right for you. But when a decision has never been examined, you cannot know whether you are staying with it because it serves you or because your system has made staying feel like the only option. Sometimes how we say something is the only reason we keep doing it.
Watch the Rib Cage lesson in Kajabi before beginning the reference lists below. The Rib Cage Move is a pattern interrupt you will use throughout the list work - anytime you notice contraction, resistance, or heaviness while studying the lists. You will find the full written reference in your Toolkit (1.18) at the end of this phase whenever you need it.
Read 3 Lessons: The 3 Overarching Types of Detrimental Consciousness, 12 Overarching Detrimental Structures, 32 Ancient Detrimental Morphic Fields
You've had more exposure to how your system works - sub-structures, software, presuppositions, congruence, referencing, environmental influences, Greater Intelligence. You understand the mechanics. Now you are going to apply them.
What follows are three REFERENCE LISTS: the 3 Overarching Types of Detrimental Consciousness, the 12 Overarching Detrimental Structures, and the 32 Ancient Detrimental Morphic Fields. Study each reference list one at a time, starting with the 3 Overarching Types of Consciousness. After reading the Kajabi lesson for each reference list, work through the same five exercises with that reference list before moving on to the next.
This is the most substantial work in Phase 1. It takes weeks, not days. Phase 2 begins 2 months after the course has starte - everything in this section is designed to be worked through between now and then. You do not need to finish quickly, and you do not need to work with every item you circle. Depth with a few is worth more than shallow coverage of all. The instructions for each list will tell you how many to take deep.
The Five Exercises
Do these five exercises while referring to each REFERENCE LIST, in order:
- 1.7 Circle What Is Familiar - read the reference list and mark what registers.
- 1.8 How the Congruence Runs - for each item you circled, trace how it shapes your thinking, feeling, and acting.
- 1.9 Explore What You Circled - write about where you have seen it and what was happening.
- 1.10 Interchange Self and Other - flip perspective. See the pattern from multiple angles.
- 1.11 The Gift Inside the Method - find the real tendency underneath the pattern and where it wants to go.
Along the way, hold two questions in mind: "What was I actually trying to accomplish?" and "How was I going about it?" Those questions reveal your HELPFUL TENDENCIES that are manifesting as imbalanced behaviors.
The idea here is that you recognize that even though you are participating in a detrimental structure or consciousness, you will see that there is an emerging tendency or ability in you, but that it was just tangled up with a detrimental structure, and you were caught up in unhelpful strategies. The goal is to uncover what the tendencies are so that you can invest in them and develop them.
Each exercise builds on the one before it. The full instructions for all five are below. Read through them now so you understand the sequence, then begin when you reach Reference List 1.12 further down the page.
How to Read the Reference Lists
Every item on the reference lists (detrimental morphic fields, detrimental consciousness, etc) is a tool or a strategy a person might use to accomplish a desired outcome. The detrimental item itself does not evolve - but the person's tendency while they're participating with it can. As you study the reference lists, you will recognize yourself in some of them.
Here is what that looks like in practice.
Example: In 1.7 you circle The Detrimental Morphic Field quality of "Forcing Their Perception" because it stood out to you. In 1.8, you wonder about how this morphic field has shaped, affected or influenced your thinking, feeling or acting. In 1.9, you write about where you've noticed this happening in you or someone else. In 1.10, you see 'Forcing Their Perception' from multiple viewpoints, you doing it, they're doing it, someone else is doing it to someone else, a school system does it, a person to their dog, etc. In 1.11, you find out what positive ability were you trying to deliver while you were caught up in forcing their perception. Do this by studying your strategies for how you deliver 'forcing their perception.'
If a person was trying to 'force their perception' through a strategy of authoritative talking, the "how" (authoritative) reveals something potentially useful - a natural tendency and ability toward teaching, delivering wisdom, leadership or counseling. That tendency is not yet a capacity. It needs developing. It's already in use - just delivered in a way that is unhelpful. The lecturing tyrant becomes a guiding teacher. You evolve.
Example: The detrimental structure of 'Recognizing Love as Harmful' shows up in a person as: 'I won't help them because then they'll want to take more from me. I'm reactive and over protective of my resources.' The tendency underneath that might be: I protect my resources from being taken from and preserve them for situations that are uplifting for me and those I care about. I am discerning and loyal to what and who I care about.
What You Are Looking For
Your tendencies are what you are looking for across all five exercises. A tendency is the real ability underneath the pattern - teaching, protecting, organizing, reading situations, creating stability, taking charge. It is already in use, even if you're acting in unhealthy ways. It has been in use your whole life. It is just aimed in a direction that does not serve you yet. When you find a tendency, write it down immediately in your Blueprint Materials (1.17). Keep track of every one you discover. You will use them later when you assemble your Life Purpose Blueprint.
You are not looking for what is wrong with you. You are looking for strategies to deliver the detrimental morphic field, consciousness, etc (reference list) and the tendency underneath. You are looking for what tendency you were using in the detrimentals that stood out to you - and where it wants to go. That is the lens. Now here are the exercise instructions.
Do not begin the following exercises until you have the reference of detrimental lists in front of you. The reference lists are below starting at 1.12.
(You are reading the instructions for exercises 1.7-1.11 now. You will begin doing them when you reach Reference List 1.12 below.)
Starting with the reference list you are currently working with, read through it slowly. Circle anything that registers on the reference lists and next to each one, consider the following:
- "I have done this."
- "I have seen this in someone close to me."
- "This one makes me uncomfortable and I do not know why."
- "This reminds me of a specific person or situation."
Any kind of recognition counts. You are noticing what registers.
You can read the entire list first and then go back and circle, or you can pause at each one that stands out. Either way works.
For each item you circled, before you go deeper, widen the lens. When you are congruent with a detrimental pattern, it does not stay contained - it shows up in how you think, how you feel, and how you act, all at once, often without you noticing. For each item you circled on the reference list, ask yourself:
How might I think while the certainty of this strategy or detrimental morphic field is running? For example, if you circled 'Guarding the Heart' in 1.12: I am certain that people will hurt me if I show them where I'm insecure. What thoughts would feel obvious, automatic, unquestioned? What would I assume without checking?
How might I feel while the certainty of this is running? What emotions would be present - not as reactions to specific events, but as a background state? What would feel normal?
How might I act while the certainty of this is running? What would I do? What would I avoid? What would I reach for?
Write what comes. You are not looking for dramatic examples. You are looking for the ordinary - the way a congruence shows up in the texture of a regular day. The more ordinary it feels, the more likely it is running.
For each item you circled on the reference list, write about it. You do not need to write a lot - a few sentences is enough.
Some helpful directions to write:
What are you trying to accomplish? For example, if you circled 'Guarding the Heart' in 1.12: I am trying to accomplish safety, not getting betrayed and protecting my sanity from gaslighting.
Where have you seen this detrimental structure play out? Was it in you? In someone close to you? In a situation you were part of?
You are not building a case against yourself. You are looking at something that registered.
Now that you've gone deeper into what you circled, take one more step. Some of the items you circled were about you. Some were about someone close to you. Some were about a situation you were part of. This exercise asks you to flip each one.
For items you circled about yourself: Where have you seen someone close to you do this same thing? Write what comes to mind - even if it looks different on the surface. You are not comparing. You are noticing that the same pattern can show up in more than one person.
For items you circled about someone else: Where have you done a version of this? It does not have to look the same. It does not have to be as obvious. But if you recognized it in someone else, something in you knows what it looks like - and that knowing usually comes from the inside, not just from watching.
For any item - self or other: Where have you been on the receiving end of this? What did it feel like? What did you conclude about yourself, about the other person, or about the situation because of it?
Take your time. The point is to see that these patterns do not belong to one person. They move between people. They live in relationships and situations. When you can see the same pattern from multiple angles - as the one doing it, the one watching it, and the one receiving it - you begin to see it clearly enough to work with it.
Now look more closely at what you circled - specifically at the items where you can see yourself in the pattern. Each item on the reference list is a tool or strategy a person uses to go about getting what they want. For each one you circled about yourself, answer three questions:
Question 1: What was I actually trying to accomplish?
Underneath the detrimental pattern you circled, there was something you wanted - even if the tool or strategy you used did not get you there. Write what you were hoping to accomplish. What outcome did you intend?
Question 2: How was I going about it? What strategies of behavior was I using?
Authority? Martyring? Hiding? Withholding? Overworking? Yelling? Over-giving? Pushiness? Becoming a know-it-all? People pleasing?
This is where your helpful, underdeveloped tendencies show up.
- Authority might be covering up a tendency of counseling
- Hiding might be covering up a tendency of knowing when to pause in stillness and observation
- Overworking might be covering up a tendency of caring about deepening your passion of skillsets
The "how" (detrimental strategy like yelling or pushiness) reveals what abilities/tendencies you were already using - teaching, guiding, organizing, reading situations, creating stability amidst chaos, taking charge but using in a detrimental way. These tendencies are useful and naturally a part of you, even if you haven't figured out how to use them in a healthy way. They are not yet capacities - they need developing. But they were already in use. For each item you circled, write the tendency you were using next to it. Name the ability, even if it was aimed in a direction that did not serve you.
This doesn't mean that acting in an imbalanced way has a positive side to it. Being authoritative during 'Guarding the Heart' doesn't have a positive "side" to it. It's not about shadow and light. It means that you are trying to accomplish something using an underdeveloped gift or tendency. It's above evolving an ability from using it in a dysfunctional way up the gradient towards a healthier, more evolved version. The strategy of being authoritative needs evolving. You do that by recognizing that you were trying to accomplish teaching, guiding, and preventing them from harm. But you have to evolve being authoritative into a tendency of being a guide or leader.
Question 3: What assumptions was I making about the situation?
You used the detrimental pattern as your tool or strategy because something in you had already concluded something about the situation - about yourself, about the other person, about what was possible. These assumptions might sound like:
- "They will not listen to me."
- "My efforts do not matter."
- "They do not respect me."
- "No one is going to help."
- "I have to do this myself or it will not get done."
Write what yours were. Why did you defer to a detrimental strategy? Meaning... what assumptions were you making that led you to believing that using an imbalanced morphic field/strategy was a good idea?
These assumptions are the fuel that makes you congruent with referencing the detrimental pattern in the first place. They create the logic - even when the logic is irrational - for why this tool or strategy makes sense to you.
Now notice the irony
The assumptions drove you to use a tool or strategy that guarantees the unfulfillment of the very tendency or ability you were trying to express. You wanted to teach - but forcing your perception ensures no one receives the teaching. No one wants to be bossed around, so they don't take you seriously, or they fear you, or they ignore you, or they leave. You wanted stability and respect - but controlling others ensures no one trusts you enough to build something stable together. You wanted to matter - but the strategy of avoiding being special produces the exact opposite of what you actually wanted.
This is why examining your assumptions matters. The tendency underneath is valuable. The assumptions are what aim it in a direction that usually results in you getting the thing you don't want.
Worked Example
Dysfunctional behavior, thought, perception, etc: "My ideas are the best ideas, even if theirs are better."
Question 1 - What was I trying to accomplish? Avoiding being kicked out or excluded. Not being made fun of, shamed, or seen as dumb. The software concludes: "To avoid being kicked out, I must make sure my ideas are the best, even if theirs are better."
Question 2 - How was I going about it? (see reference list) Also options: Pushiness. Diminishing others' ideas. Inner judgment of others. Sabotage of collaboration. The tendency underneath: a strong mind with real conviction - the ability to evaluate and sort ideas, to hold big visions, to see how everyone could contribute.
Question 3 - What assumptions was I making? That if my ideas are not the best, I will be excluded. That others' better ideas threaten my place. That my value depends on being right.
The evolved tendency: Instead of "my ideas are best, even if theirs are better," the evolved tendency becomes: "Let's clarify our shared desired outcomes, then I'll help sort and organize ideas in service of those outcomes." The move from ego-centered idea to group-serving structure.
HERE ARE THE LISTS YOU REFER TO WHEN DOING EXERCISES 1.7-1.11:
Lesson in Kajabi: 3 Overarching Types of Detrimental Consciousness
Work through all five exercises with this reference list before moving to 1.13. Here is the sequence:
- 1.7 Circle What Is Familiar - read the list and mark what registers.
The full instructions for each exercise are in 1.7-1.11 above.
Guarding the Heart - mistrusting people for fear of betrayal. Avoiding the pain of loss. Closing what was open. The codes say: it is not safe to be open. People will use what you give them. Better to feel less than to risk feeling too much.
Fearing the Foreign - resistance to what is unfamiliar. The system refuses the very input it needs to evolve - not because it is harmful, but because it is foreign. The codes say: survival is dependent upon doing what we did before that worked. What is unfamiliar is dangerous until proven otherwise.
Busyness for Busyness' Sake - automated doing without questioning intent. Motion for the sake of motion. The codes say: if I stop, something bad will happen. My value is in my output. Stillness is dangerous.
Lesson in Kajabi: 12 Overarching Detrimental Structures
After completing the lesson, study the reference list below. Read through all 12 and circle everything that registers - the same way you did with 1.12.
Then choose 3 to 5 of the items you circled to take deep. Choose the ones that hit hardest - the ones you can feel in your body, the ones that made you uncomfortable, the ones you recognized immediately. You can return and work with the others later.
Work through all five exercises with your chosen items before moving to 1.14:
- 1.7 Circle What Is Familiar - mark what registers.
- 1.8 How the Congruence Runs - trace how it shapes your thinking, feeling, and acting.
- 1.9 Explore What You Circled - write about where you have seen it.
- 1.10 Interchange Self and Other - flip perspective.
- 1.11 The Gift Inside the Method - find the tendency and where it wants to go.
The full instructions for each exercise are in 1.7-1.11 above.
Every item on this list can apply to self, to others, or to life. It can be spoken, lived, delivered, dreamt, thought, felt, known, unknown, intentional or unintentional, recognized or unrecognized, wanted or unwanted, projected toward another or taken responsibility for. When you study these, explore interchanging the terms "self" and "other."
- Seeking to find oneself where one does not exist
Example: Peer pressure. "Am I like them? Do I look like them? Think like them? Feel like them? Smell like them? Talk like them? Walk like them? Eat like them? Listen to the same music that they do? Talk to their parents the same way, raise their kids the same way," all the things. Except one doesn't exist in the other, try as they may. "Do I exist in, around and amongst the group?"
Example: Alcoholism, where people look for a way to experience themselves, but that actually results in experiencing an absence of self. "Let me pour myself into this activity and hope that I get to experience myself or something better than this absence."
- Using one's voice - internal or external narrative - to deliver fear
- Relaying information about self or other in a way that distorts who they are
- Discarding intrinsic preciousness
Examples:
- Assuming that being in pain means you're unimportant.
- Rejecting care from others when it doesn't match feeling bad about yourself
- Using your preciousness as a commodity in order to gain importance in the eyes of others
- Using one's life force to maintain absence of: self, other, Source, symbiosis with living systems, transformation of biology into higher functioning systems
Examples: "I'm going to put an extraordinary amount of life force energy into:"
- being out of my center because I don't safe in myself or my body
- being something I'm not
- pretending I'm okay with a situation when I'm not
- forcing myself to be someone, something, or in a situation that isn't good for me
The word "force" is used because it's life force energies. They have a force in them, and when they are directed at doing things that go against the person, it is going to create and maintain an absence of self.
- Denying one's access to life force
- Recognizing love as harmful
- Building self to defend against "them" and therefore "life"
- Resisting one's Source energy to create inverted and therefore destructive power
- Sabotaging one's return to higher, healthier homeostatic coherence of body, mind, and heart
- Responding to problems as impeding progress
- Rejecting returning to center of Source within oneself
Lesson in Kajabi: 32 Ancient Detrimental Morphic Fields
After completing the lesson, study the reference list below. Read through all 32 and circle everything that registers.
Then choose 3 to 5 of the items you circled to take deep. The same principle as before - go deep with a few rather than shallow with many. The ones that provoke the strongest response are the ones to work with. You can always return for the others.
Work through all five exercises with your chosen items:
- 1.7 Circle What Is Familiar - mark what registers.
- 1.8 How the Congruence Runs - trace how it shapes your thinking, feeling, and acting.
- 1.9 Explore What You Circled - write about where you have seen it.
- 1.10 Interchange Self and Other - flip perspective.
- 1.11 The Gift Inside the Method - find the tendency and where it wants to go.
The full instructions for each exercise are in 1.7-1.11 above.
These are 32 ancient detrimental morphic fields - shared patterns that living systems reference and participate in, often without knowing it. They are not yours personally. They exist as fields of information that people are born into, enter through congruence, and reference as if they were simply "how things are."
- Blame
- Deception
- Controlling others
- Fear
- Covert agendas
- Breaking my word
- Leading others astray - letting someone think one thing while meaning another
- Trespassing against other's personal space
- Listening for the worst
- Authoritarianism
- Separation from living systems
- Displaced heart
- Desecration of the sacred
- Immobilizing the will of another
- Distorting reflections of God
- Leaving the beginning - this happens when you create a void by trying really hard not to be where, what, or who you are. Every moment you are in is the beginning. You cannot leave the beginning because you are always in it. You can only access more from where you are, not from a void. Creating voids devoids you of access to what you want and to evolving.
- Transmuting of life force into evil landscapes
- Entropy as a path to death - there are many possibilities of pathways to dying, some being upward, toward benevolence and evolution. Entropy is downward dying.
- Unworthiness
- Needing people to fulfill the place of Source
- Using nature as an object without exchanging internal precious resources
- Us versus them
- The human body as a prison
- The mind as an enemy
- Suffering as a path to repay for sins
- My body is dirty
- Being wrong as a justification for destruction
- Self-hatred
- No one is listening
- Insecurity
- Working for the authority
- Forcing their perception
After completing all three lists
You have now worked through all three reference lists. You circled what registered. You traced congruences. You explored, interchanged, and found the gift inside the method. You have a lot of material in front of you.
Now zoom out.
Go back through everything you circled on the 12 Detrimental Structures and the 32 Ancient Detrimental Morphic Fields. The 12 structures and 32 morphic fields are specific expressions, but every one of them traces back to one of the 3 Overarching Types of Detrimental Consciousness. For each item you circled, ask: is this a version of Guarding the Heart, Fearing the Foreign, or Busyness for Busyness' Sake?
Some will be obvious. Some will surprise you. Some items may feel like they belong to more than one - write both and notice which one is louder.
When you are done, look at the pattern. Is most of what you circled concentrated in one of the three types? Spread across two? Evenly distributed? What you see here is not a label - it is the shape of how your system has been organizing itself. Guarding the Heart, Fearing the Foreign, and Busyness for Busyness' Sake are not personality traits. They are strategies your system adopted. Seeing which ones dominate gives you a clearer picture of what has been running you - and where the deepest pattern interrupts are needed.
You have worked through three reference lists. For each pattern you studied in 1.11 (The Gift Inside the Method), you named the tendencies underneath - the ability that was already in use, just delivered in unhelpful or destructive ways.
Those tendencies are scattered across your work. Now pull them into one place. Write them in 1.17.
Go back through everything you wrote for 1.11 - across all three reference lists. Collect every tendency you named. You will use them in Phase 2 when you look at what precious resources have been fueling each one and decide whether you want to keep investing there.
You have studied the reference lists. You have traced patterns in yourself - what you are congruent with, what structures are running, what assumptions hold them in place. Now you are going to look for those same patterns in motion, in the moments you would never think to examine.
The patterns you found in the lists do not only show up in dramatic situations. They show up in the mundane - in how you do the dishes, how you check your phone, how you wake up in the morning. These moments are so ordinary that they seem invisible. That is exactly why they matter. What runs in the background of the unremarkable moments is what runs you.
This exercise has six steps. Do them in order.
Step 1: Choose 5 ordinary moments from your week. Pick moments you would not be surprised to see yourself doing. Laundry. Cooking. Waking up. Checking your phone. Driving to work. Cleaning the bathroom. Walking the dog. Nothing dramatic. Nothing emotional. The more mundane, the better.
Write each one down before continuing.
Step 2: For each moment, listen for the self-narrative - the kind ones, the destructive ones, the complaining ones, etc. What are you telling yourself at that moment or leading up to the moment? This is not about emotions. This is about the narrative which can include: the role you assign yourself, or the role someone else assigned to you that you accepted, what you tell yourself about why you're doing it, why you should do it.
For each moment you listed, complete this sentence: "I am doing this because I am someone who..." and then listen for the inner voice. It might be more than one phrase. You may discover a mix of positive and negative narrative all wrapped in the same moment. Not just "I do the dishes." What kind of person does the dishes? Someone who shows up. Someone who maintains. Someone who carries the load of the whole house. Someone who cares about the environment they live in. Someone who will get in trouble if they don't. Someone who follows through. What kind of person takes out the trash? Someone who is willing to do a "gross thing" in honor of cleanliness. Write what comes. It might sound like:
- "...someone who keeps things clean."
- "...is forced to do things I don't want."
- "...someone who has to do everything."
- "...someone who can not sit still."
- "...someone who enjoys sorting chaos into order."
- "...someone who does not trust anyone else to do it right."
Do not edit what comes. Write it as you hear it or know it.
Step 3: Surface the assumptions. For each of those (or any amount,) write out what you have already concluded - about the situation, about yourself, about others - that makes you do this the way you do it.
Ask yourself: what have I already decided is true before I even begin this activity? What am I assuming about myself, about the people around me, about what will happen if I do or do not do this?
Write what surfaces. It does not matter whether the assumptions are true or not. All of it is useful data.
Step 4: Look across all 5 moments. Read everything you wrote for steps 2 and 3. Look for what repeats. The same self-narrative showing up in the dishes and in the morning routine. The same assumption underneath the phone-checking and the cooking. When the same thing appears in more than one moment, you are looking at something structural - not situational.
Notice any recurring patterns of narrative. What patterns run through you in your ordinary moments that you did not notice before? What keeps showing up?
Step 5: Look for if there might be any detrimental structures. Take the self-narratives you wrote in Step 2 and the assumptions you surfaced in Step 3. Read through them slowly. Are any of them connected to the detrimental structures you studied in the reference lists? You are not labeling yourself. You are recognizing what is running - the same way you recognized patterns in the lists, except now you are seeing them in your own ordinary week.
If you see a connection, write it down. If you do not, that is fine. Not every moment will trace back to a detrimental structure. Some will trace back to something genuinely good in you. That is what Step 6 is for.
Step 6: Find your beneficial qualities. After you've discovered the narrative, both positive and negative, it's time to explore the qualities in you that if they weren't burdened with detrimental narrative, they would be an asset to you. If you have an ordinary moment that is only a positive narrative, you can still do this part of the exercise.
Look at Step 2. Next to those, distill the qualities, abilities, or tendencies that drive you to do what you do.
Examples:
"...someone who keeps things clean." Beneficial quality / ability = ability to maintain a routine towards cleanliness
"...is forced to do things I don't want." Beneficial quality / ability = Able to work towards a higher purpose (even though right now it is left-sided, it could be transformed into a true strength)
"...someone who has to do everything." Beneficial quality / ability = Works well under pressure.
Write the positive quality next to each moment.
Then immediately log every quality you discovered here in your Blueprint Materials (1.17). Do not wait - log them now. These are yours. They are real. They will be used later when you assemble your Life Purpose Blueprint.
Practices for Healing and Strengthening the Heart
Purpose: To locate and extract "insisted" pain/guarding from the heart so it can heal and become more stable, resilient, and less reactive.
Step 1 - Choose the focus
Bring to mind a specific person/situation that activates heart guarding (e.g., parent, partner, child, world event, abuse, betrayal, not being heard).
Ask yourself: "Am I ready to transform this and help my heart heal?"
If the honest answer is no, just stay with awareness; don't force it.
Step 2 - Somatic scan of the heart
Bring your attention into your chest/heart region.
Imagine this region has real depth, not just surface.
Slowly "scan" inside with your awareness, as if moving a soft light or camera. You're taking inventory, not imagining something.
Step 3 - Find the "pain packet"
Give your scan a prompt: "Where in my heart is holding this pain / grievance / betrayal / contraction?"
Keep scanning until your attention lands and naturally stays on one spot/quality.
Notice and (mentally) name its qualities:
- Location: surface / deep / left / right / top / center
- Sensation: piercing, dull ache, heavy, tight, twisty, spread out, etc.
- Optional: color, density, temperature, movement.
Step 4 - (Optional) Glimpse the content
If associations naturally arise, briefly notice memories, stories, meanings (e.g., "this is about my dad not seeing me").
You do not need the story to clear the packet. Do not overwork this step.
Step 5 - Inhale: Extract
Keep your attention on the exact spot you found.
On each inhale, imagine/feel your breath acting like a gentle vacuum or laparoscopic tool, pulling the "gunk" out of that spot in the heart.
IMPORTANT: Don't focus on lungs. Sense the breath moving from that heart-spot outward to in front of you, as if you're inhaling from your heart into the space in front of your body.
Step 6 - Exhale: Diffuse
On each exhale, sense/see the extracted material diffusing into the larger intelligent field in front of you.
Let the field handle it; do not pull it back in or manage it. Your only job: release and allow it to disperse.
Step 7 - Repeat and re-scan
Continue cycles: inhale (extract from that same spot), exhale (diffuse into the field).
After several breaths, gently re-scan the area. If there is still distinct density or pain, do more cycles. When your attention no longer finds that same packet/quality, this round is complete.
Purpose: To re-pattern and stabilize your heart field by entraining it to a larger, coherent, benevolent heart field after you've cleared a pain packet.
Recommended: Do this after Breath of Life, and also anytime you want to increase heart coherence.
Step 1 - Acknowledge the unified heart field
Sense/know that there is a great, coherent heart field around you: a unified, benevolent field of coherent bioelectromagnetics.
Give it a simple representation: a matrix of sparkles, a field of soft light or color, a binary grid of 0s and 1s - anything that feels like order, coherence, benevolence, stability.
Step 2 - Sense your own heart field
Bring attention to your own heart field, extending a few feet (or more) in all directions around you.
Simply acknowledge: "Here is my heart field."
Step 3 - Invite entrainment
Gently intend/feel your heart field beginning to entrain to the unified heart field.
Use images/metaphors that work for you:
- Metronomes gradually syncing to a shared rhythm.
- A Rubik's cube patterning itself into order.
- Your field's edges and currents becoming smoother, more organized, less noisy and jagged.
Step 4 - Rest in the re-patterning
For several breaths (or a few minutes), simply allow: "My heart field is calibrating to this coherent, unified heart field."
Notice any sense of more space, more stability, less reactivity or tightness.
No forcing, no fixing - just entrainment and allowing.
Step 5 - Close with quiet recognition
Optionally, end with a brief recognition:
"My heart is becoming more coherent, stable, and resilient."
"This coherence supports my evolution and is a blessing to life around me."
This is your collection page. Everything you discover about yourself across the entire program gets logged here. You will use this material in Phase 4 when you assemble your Life Purpose Blueprint.
Every time an exercise reveals a tendency, quality, ability, or intention - log it here immediately. Do not wait. Do not trust yourself to remember later.
Your Tendencies (from 1.11) and Qualities (from 1.16)
These are the real abilities underneath your patterns - the "how" you found in 1.11 (The Gift Inside the Method). Teaching, protecting, organizing, reading situations, creating stability, taking charge. They are specific to the patterns you studied. Write each tendency and which pattern it came from.
Your Intentions Worth Investing In
These begin in 2.5 (Hearing Your Intentions). When you identify intentions you are on board with - the ones that came from choice - log them here.
Tools for pattern interruption, inquiry, and heart healing
When to use: When your thinking is tangled - looping, reactive, murky.
This is your first line of inquiry in any moment of confusion or reactivity - it interrupts the automatic meaning-making before your system finishes acting on it.
Step 1: ASK
What am I assuming about this situation? What am I assuming about myself in it?
Step 2: GO DEEPER
Once you can see the assumptions, go one layer deeper: what is already concluded before I even think about this? What detrimental idea is influencing my assumptions? You can refer to any of the lists of detrimental morphic fields, consciousnesses, or structures.
Step 3: NAME IT
The assumption is what you can name. The presupposition is the order and use of words that guide the implied meaning of the sentence or question.
Step 4: INTERRUPT
Once you see the assumption and the presupposition underneath it, the automatic meaning-making is interrupted. Your system can no longer finish acting on something you have made conscious.
When to use: Anytime you notice a compromised state - contraction, reactivity, defensiveness, heaviness. Use it many times a day.
Your rib cage is an emotional antenna. Its bones transmit and receive electromagnetic frequencies. When your rib cage is balanced, you are more likely to be aware of a situation without being affected by it.
The Three Sides:
Right side: I need them or the situation to change. Demanding. Blaming them.
Left side: They or the situation needs me to change and is forcing me to do so. I collapse. Blaming of self.
Central: My heart hurts. Betrayed by life or by them. Pain of life and disinterest in it.
Step 1: IDENTIFY
Identify which side you are in (left, right, or central) using the signs above.
The easiest way to do this is to observe your thinking and feelings. Are you frustrated, annoyed, and wish things were different? That's right-sided. If you are noticing thoughts and feelings of being insecure about a situation, out of control, helpless, that's left-sided. Thoughts and feelings pertaining to central are:
- Denial of pain
- Waiting for others to care
- Uncertainty about belonging or being important
Step 2: DO THE MOVE
Left side rib cage move: Left arm is down. Inhale while the left shoulder goes down and the right goes up. Do 3 times, then switch to right shoulder down and left up for 1 time.
Right side rib cage move: Right arm is down. Inhale while the right shoulder goes down and the left goes up. Do 3 times, then switch to left shoulder down and right up for 1 time.
Central move: Both arms are down. Double breath in while arms and shoulders are up, hold breath, exhale while both arms are down, only curl the neck forward, push all air out.
Do at least 3 moves when you notice you are in a compromised state. See the video for a demonstration.
Step 3: REPEAT
Use it anytime you notice a thought, emotion, or reaction that matches one of the three sides. The more often you use it, the more your system learns to self-correct.
When to use: Daily. For healing and strengthening the heart.
Purpose: To locate and extract "insisted" pain and guarding from the heart so it can heal and become more stable, resilient, and less reactive.
Step 1: CHOOSE THE FOCUS
Bring to mind a specific person or situation that activates heart guarding. Ask yourself: "Am I ready to transform this and help my heart heal?" If the honest answer is no, just stay with awareness.
Step 2: SOMATIC SCAN
Bring your attention into your chest and heart region. Imagine this region has real depth, not just surface. Slowly scan inside with your awareness, as if moving a soft light.
Step 3: FIND THE PAIN PACKET
Give your scan a prompt: "Where in my heart is holding this pain?" Keep scanning until your attention lands and naturally stays on one spot. Notice location, sensation, and quality.
Step 4: INHALE: EXTRACT
On each inhale, imagine your breath acting like a gentle vacuum, pulling the gunk out of that spot. Sense the breath moving from that heart-spot outward to in front of you.
Step 5: EXHALE: DIFFUSE
On each exhale, sense the extracted material diffusing into the larger intelligent field in front of you. Let the field handle it. Your only job: release and allow it to disperse.
Step 6: REPEAT AND RE-SCAN
Continue cycles. After several breaths, gently re-scan the area. When your attention no longer finds that same packet, this round is complete.
When to use: After Breath of Life, and anytime you want to increase heart coherence.
Purpose: To re-pattern and stabilize your heart field by entraining it to a larger, coherent, benevolent heart field.
Step 1: ACKNOWLEDGE
Sense and know that there is a great, coherent heart field around you: a unified, benevolent field of coherent bioelectromagnetics. Give it a simple representation - a matrix of sparkles, a field of soft light, anything that feels like upliftment, coherence, buoyancy, care, love, and or fulfillment.
Step 2: SENSE YOUR FIELD
Bring attention to your own heart field, extending a few feet in all directions around you. Simply acknowledge: "Here is my heart field."
Step 3: INVITE ENTRAINMENT
Gently intend your heart field beginning to entrain to the unified heart field. Use images that work for you: metronomes syncing, a Rubik's cube patterning into order, your field's edges becoming smoother.
Step 4: REST
For several breaths, simply allow: "My heart field is calibrating to this coherent, unified heart field." Notice any sense of more space, more stability, less reactivity.
Step 5: CLOSE
Optionally, end with a brief recognition: "My heart is becoming more coherent, stable, and resilient."
Lesson: Internal Precious Resources
In Phase 1 you found tendencies - real abilities aimed in directions that did not serve you. Now you are going to look at what was fueling them.
Take your tendencies from your Blueprint Materials (1.17). If you did not log them yet, go back to 1.11 (The Gift Inside the Method) and collect the tendencies you named in the "How was I going about it?" column. Those are your tendencies - teaching, protecting, organizing, reading situations, creating stability, taking charge, whatever you found. Log them in 1.17 now if you have not already.
Now hold that list next to the Internal Precious Resources list from the lesson:
- Heart Treasure Energies
- Intention
- Consciousness
- Attention
- Mind Treasure Energies
- Receptivity
- Passion
- Awareness
- Stillness
- Intensity
- Loyalty
- Devotion
- Care
- Curiosity
- Source Energies
- Lifeforce
- Deciding
- Concentration
For each tendency on your list, ask: what precious resources was I using to sustain this?
Write the resources next to each tendency. You may find the same resource powering multiple tendencies. You may find a single tendency drawing on several resources at once. Both are common.
When you have mapped the resources to your tendencies, ask the question for each one:
Do I want to keep investing my precious resources in this tendency?
There are only two honest answers:
"Yes - this tendency serves me. I want to keep investing here." Some of your tendencies are good investments. They are real abilities aimed in directions that work. Keep them.
"No - I want to redirect these resources somewhere better." The resource is valuable. The tendency may be real. But the direction does not serve you, and your precious resources belong somewhere they can generate aliveness.
Write your answer next to each one. Both are honest. Both are progress.
Lesson: Recognition of Benevolence
Before you began this program, benevolence was already at work in your life - already recognizing your True Nature, already providing feedback to your system that you are more than your patterns, more than what has been running you. It was doing this in rapport with your system, at exactly the right pace, with exactly the right amount of intensity. Source recognizing Source.
If you didn't feel it, that's what it's like sometimes. Benevolence is challenging to recognize when your system is still learning how to cooperate with it. It's never invisible, just new.
This lesson teaches you what recognition is, how it works, what it feels like, and what it is not. It is the foundation for everything that follows in this phase - especially the Beneficial Structures and Benevolent Morphic Fields in section 2.6, where you will find the lists, the exercise, and the practices that put recognition to work.
After completing the lesson, sit with this question:
Where has benevolence already been at work in your life - and what did you dismiss, explain away, or not notice?
Write what comes. You are not looking for dramatic events. You are looking for the continuity that was already there.
Lesson: True Nature
After completing the lesson, sit with the question you first encountered at the end of your North Star exercise (1.2):
Do you become your True Nature, or are you already your True Nature?
You have more information now than when you first heard this question. You have mapped what was running you. You have seen what precious resources were being used and where. You have begun to recognize benevolence.
Write what comes when you hold this question now. What has shifted in how you hear it? What do you know now that you did not know at the beginning of Phase 1?
There is no right answer. The question is a doorway that keeps opening.
Lesson: Stabilizing as Your True Nature
Exercise: Your Mind Inventory
Your mind is working hard to solve questions for you - hundreds of them. Most are looping because the questions are either irrelevant, unanswerable, or not well-formed. This exercise helps you see what your mind is working on and clear what does not belong.
Sit quietly for a few minutes. Then write down every question your mind is currently trying to solve. Do not filter. Do not judge. Just listen and write. Let them come - the big ones, the small ones, the ones that loop at 3am, the ones you barely notice.
When you have written as many as you can hear, go through the list. For each question, ask:
Is this question relevant to my North Star - to where I am headed? If not, mark it.
Is this question answerable in its current form? Some questions loop because they are not well-formed - they cannot be answered as stated. If not, mark it.
Is this question mine? Did it come from your own choosing, or was it inherited, absorbed, or installed by something outside of you? Write what you notice.
Now look at what remains - the questions that are relevant, answerable, and yours. These are the questions worth giving your mind. These are what your mind was designed to work with - useful, higher codes and consciousness so it can recognize, process, organize, and utilize profound data for you to use in the makings of your coherence.
What do you notice about the questions that remain? What is your mind actually oriented toward when the noise clears? Write what you see. If what remains reveals something about what matters to you - add it to your Blueprint Materials (1.17) under Intentions Worth Investing In.
Lesson: The Intentions Within Your Interior
Exercise: Hearing Your Intentions
Intentions are what you put in the GPS before you get in the car. They determine where you are headed - what you say, what you do, what you do not say, what you do not do. Most of your intentions were never consciously chosen. This exercise helps you hear them.
Pick 5 things you regularly say, do, or want. They can be small or significant - a habit, a recurring conversation, a goal you keep returning to, something you avoid. Write each one down.
For each one, complete this sentence:
"I am doing this because..." or "I am saying this because..." or "I want this because..."
Listen for what comes after "because." Do not edit it. Do not make it sound better than it is. Just hear it. Write what comes.
Now, for each intention you heard, ask: where did this intention come from? Use the categories below to help you locate how it was generated:
- From a substructure of self - it just runs, unnoticed. It was never examined, never questioned, never chosen. It operates in the background like a program installed without your permission.
- From an unmet need - "I intend to fulfill this need," whether or not you were aware that is what you were doing. The need fuels the intention, and the intention fuels the behavior. The question is, are your efforts to fulfill the need resulting in the fulfillment?
- From family systems or the idea matrix - handed down, inherited, absorbed. It feels so natural you never thought to question it. It feels like "just how things are."
- From choice - you consciously chose this intention. You examined it and decided it was yours.
- Other - it does not fit neatly into the categories above. Write what you notice about where it came from.
Write the category next to each intention. Some may belong to more than one.
Then ask yourself, for each one:
Am I on board with this intention being fulfilled, or not?
Write your answer. If yes - this is an intention worth investing in. Log it in your Blueprint Materials (1.17). If not - you have just identified something that has been steering you without your agreement.
Leading with intention means plainly stating why you are saying or doing something before you say or do it. It sounds like this:
"The reason I am bringing this up is because I care about the relationship, and I am hoping we can get on the same page about some things."
"My intention for not responding to your text was because I was trying to avoid an awkward situation."
"My intention for walking away was so that I could collect my thoughts and not say something I would regret."
When you state your intention before you deliver your content, the other person does not have to guess why you are saying what you are saying. They do not have to construct a story about your motives. You have given them your intention directly, and that enlists their cooperation rather than triggering their defense.
Practice this in at least one conversation this week. Before you say what you want to say, state why you are saying it. Notice what changes - in you and in the other person.
Write what you practiced and what you noticed.
Lesson: Beneficial Structures and Morphic Fields
Everything you read in the Recognition of Benevolence lesson - what recognition is, how it works, what it feels like, what it is not - is the foundation for what follows here. This section gives you the material your system can work with: two lists, an exercise for sitting with them, a daily practice, and a breathing practice for receiving what you recognize.
Two Kinds of Beneficial Material (see pdf attached to Toolkit 2 in Phase 2)
Below are two lists. They are different kinds of things, and it helps to know the difference before you sit with them.
Beneficial Structures are things you do - capacities you develop, practices you engage in. Self-Respect is something you practice. Referring to the Better Nature of Others is an action you take. Using Breath of Life as Deliverer of Coherence is something you do. These are about how you operate.
Benevolent Morphic Fields are ways you exist - qualities of being that you participate in. Stability in stillness is a state. Allowing Love is a way of being. Presence without defensiveness is how you show up. These are not actions - they are fields you become part of, or that become part of you.
You do not need to work through these in order. Let whatever speaks to you speak.
Beneficial Structures
- Valuing Sentient Life as Precious
- Cooperating with the System of Those Who Need Benevolence
- Recognizing Benevolence
- Your Efforts Can be Applied Toward Evolving Your Nature
- Your Words Speak Coherently to Life, Providing Input for Others to Aspire Towards
- Referring to the Better Nature of Others
- Responding as a Manifestation of Coherent Source to the Troubles of Others
- Using Breath of Life as Deliverer of Coherence
- Self-Respect
- Entraining with Fields of Beneficial Intelligence
Benevolent Morphic Fields
- Cooperating with living systems
- Using life forces to enhance functionality of accessing Source within and around you
- Stability in stillness
- Allowing Love
- Presence without defensiveness
- Uplifting others with your words

The Exercise
Read both lists slowly. There is no rush. Some items will be familiar. Some will feel new. Some may use language you haven't encountered yet - that's fine. You do not need to understand every word to feel what it points to.
As you read each one, notice what happens in you. Recognition of benevolence feels like calmness. It feels like release - something unwinding, something letting go, and feeling better afterward. For some people, it feels like pathways being lit up - pulses of radiance, sometimes soft, sometimes stronger. For some, a Truth Bell rings. For some, a deep knowing that something is right. For some, layers peeling back, something expanding from within.
What it does not feel like is grasping. If you feel contraction, urgency, a clutching sensation of "I need that" - that is not recognition. That is fear of its absence. The difference matters: recognition settles. Fear of absence grips.
Recognition without willingness to be changed is just observation.
Every item on both lists is available to you. All of them. This is not a menu where some things are yours and some are not. The only question is which ones you are ready - right now - to allow to change you.
Now, with both lists in front of you, ask yourself:
Which of these are you ready to allow to change you?
Mark them. Write them down. There is no minimum and no maximum.
If something lights up in you but you also feel a contraction around it - that is not failure. That is data. You have just learned something about where you are. The recognition happened. The readiness is coming online. That is fine, because readiness comes in small moments, not all at once. You might circle back to that item weeks later and find the contraction is gone. Note it. It is yours.
Let recognition show you what is yours.
Take the items you marked above - the ones you are ready to allow to change you - and keep them close. On a sticky note. On a recurring alarm on your phone. Somewhere you will encounter them every single day.
This is one of the most important practices in the entire course. Everything you mapped in Phase 1 - every structure, every congruence, every pattern - runs on automation. Your day runs on automation. The only way change gets a foothold is if you pause that automation and reach for something different. That is what this practice is for.
When your alarm goes off, or when you see your sticky note, pause. Stop what you are doing. Consider what you care about most - your North Star, the health and wellness of your life, your body, your mind, your heart. You cannot move toward those things while running on autopilot. The pause is the opening. What you do inside the pause is the practice.
Pick one of the items you marked. Then ask yourself:
What does Stability in Stillness feel like now? What does Presence Without Defensiveness feel like now? What does Allowing Love feel like now? What does it feel like to welcome this? To intend this? To agree to being changed into the person who would be ok with this?
Use whichever item you chose. The questions above are examples - ask them about whatever you marked. Do not rush past this. Let the question land. Let yourself feel what it would actually be like to live from that state, right now, in the middle of your ordinary day.
Then do the Breath of Life Into Void practice below - breathe the beneficial field into wherever your system has a hole or a felt absence. The pause is the opening. The recognition is the practice. The breathing is how your system receives it.
Each time you do this - each recognition, each allowing - you give your system permission to align with your Greater Intelligence as your compass toward your North Star. Each small moment of recognition sets something in motion, and in a good direction. Each one delivers new codes - higher consciousness informing your system from within - and each one builds on the last.
Tools for daily benevolence and receiving beneficial fields
When to use: As a reference throughout Phase 2 and beyond. Know what you are investing.
Your Internal Precious Resources (IPRs) are the real energies and capacities that fuel everything you do. Your tendencies are real abilities - they are worth investing in. The question is whether the strategy you have been using to express a tendency is developed or underdeveloped. For example, the tendency to lead is valuable. Authoritarianism is an underdeveloped strategy for expressing it - the real tendency underneath might be counselor, guide, or leader.
The 18 Internal Precious Resources:
1. Heart Treasure Energies
2. Intention
3. Consciousness
4. Attention
5. Mind Treasure Energies
6. Receptivity
7. Passion
8. Awareness
9. Stillness
10. Intensity
11. Loyalty
12. Devotion
13. Care
14. Curiosity
15. Source Energies
16. Lifeforce
17. Deciding
18. Concentration
For each tendency, ask: which of my precious resources have been fueling this? Then ask:
Do I want to keep investing my precious resources in this strategy?
Keep investing - if the strategy is developed and serves you well.
Redirect - if the tendency is real but the strategy is underdeveloped or imbalanced. Your precious resources belong in a more developed expression of that same tendency.
Decrease investing - if you are not ready to fully redirect but want to begin loosening your investment in the underdeveloped strategy.
When to use: Daily. Set an alarm or keep a sticky note where you will see it.
This is one of the most important practices in the entire course. The only way change gets a foothold is if you pause your automation and reach for something different.
Step 1: PAUSE
When your alarm goes off, pause. Stop what you are doing.
Step 2: PICK
Pick one of the Beneficial Structures or Benevolent Morphic Fields you marked.
Step 3: FEEL
Ask yourself: What does this feel like now? What does it feel like to welcome this? To intend this? To agree to being changed into the person who would be ok with this?
Step 4: RECOGNIZE
Each time you do this - each recognition, each allowing - you give your system permission to align with your Greater Intelligence as your compass toward your North Star.
When to use: During Daily Benevolence, or anytime you want to receive beneficial fields. This is a transcript - the audio is linked in the lesson.
All around you right now are fields of uplifting frequencies, benevolence, kindness, coherent, organized forms of intelligence that are immediately responsive to your intentions for a better way. The list of beneficial morphic fields and beneficial structures are but a small list in light of the innumerable actuality of what truly is available to you.
Step 1: BREATHE
Inhale slowly, calmly, deeply at your own pace through your nose. Exhale naturally, fully, out your mouth. Don't force it. Allow the inhale to follow underneath the exhale.
Notice how exhaling out the mouth creates an expansive effect - an opening in the field around you, connecting the breath of your life to the breath of life within the fields of benevolence around you. As you inhale through your nose, the expansiveness distills, converging into a clean, long breath into your sinuses.
Step 2: RECOGNIZE
Allow your system to recognize that all around you are fields of uplifting frequencies, benevolence, kindness - coherent, organized forms of intelligence that are immediately responsive to your intentions for a better way.
Give some qualities to these fields and structures. Use the lists of beneficial morphic fields and beneficial structures as qualifiable qualities you can put words to.
Step 3: LOCATE
It might be helpful to have a location around you - maybe 10 feet out, or 1 foot, or 2 feet, maybe in front of you, off to the side, or above you - wherever feels natural. You go, "I feel something there."
Maybe that's a qualifiable quality from your list - love, for example. You have a referenceable point in your field.
Step 4: INHALE
On your inhale, witness that some or many of the qualities on the lists are in the field around you. Your inhale through your nostrils is pulling it like a straw, drawing in the beneficial frequencies into you.
On the inhale, your system is being informed. All the places in you are being touched and recognized by beneficial frequencies, adding life, adding value to you, uplifting you, adding to your coherence.
Step 5: EXHALE
The exhale is your own recognition, your own "yes, I am a part of this. I allow myself, my system, to become part of a greater whole that adds value to me, and I to it."
Recognize that the fields around you are sparkly, pulsing with life, upliftment, buoyancy, grace, love, care, and recognition of your source treasures. These fields of benevolence are saying yes to investing in your treasures expanding - changing your pathways, changing your structures.
Step 6: ALLOW
The solution to every problem is to be filled up from within by the source that created and sustains our lives. Sometimes we need to name beneficial qualities of source and call them forward into us, and allow, with permission, ourselves to be changed by these qualities.
Benevolence invests in your upliftment, in the rearrangement of your structures towards more coherence, so that your true nature, your source treasures, can manifest in every area of you - your thinking, your feeling, your responses to life.
The hard digging is done. Phase 1 was excavation - seeing what has been running you. Phase 2 was recognition - seeing what is yours, what benevolence is, and what your True Nature looks like when it is not distorted. Perhaps you got clearer on what you wanted to do differently. Phase 3 is where your system gets to reorganize. You now have access to tools that deliver higher codes directly into your system.
This phase gives you four practices - Voids, Statements, Beneficial Statements, and Templates - and closes with a return to your North Star. They are simple. The complexity was Phase 1. What follows is meant to be returned to over time - not mastered in a single pass. A complete reference card of every tool you have is at the end of this workbook.
Lesson: Voids
Voids occur when the direction towards non-existence is exponentially stronger than the system's ability to regenerate from Source of Life. They are the accumulated result of every lower code you have lived from - every "I do not matter," every "my efforts do not amount to anything," every "I should not be here." Over time, those movements toward non-existence injure the system and create voids.
Voids can be tiny or massive. Some are deep within. Some are in your external field. Not all voids are round - some are cracks, some are elongated, some are twisted. But they all share one thing: an unbearable gravity.
You may notice that grief, fear, or familiar congruences sometimes exist as webbing around a void. Those are not the void itself. The void is underneath - the dark patch, the collapse point, the gravitational pull.
Voids are not something you can deconstruct through analysis or fix through willpower. Voids are a job for Source. You do not do this alone. This is where benevolence and Source come in to help.
Now, while you are still with what you recognized, give your system a way to receive it.
Imagine that the beneficial morphic field or structure you recognized is a luminous, sparkling, radiant field - friendly, flowing, and alive with generosity and life force. There it is. Existing before you. Behold it. Know it is there. It is not far away. It is for you.
Once that feels right, notice a place in you - your body, your mind, or your heart - that has a felt absence. A place where something is missing, where there is less than there could be.
Place your attention inside that felt absence. From within it, breathe in the field. You are not breathing it into your lungs. You are breathing it into the felt absence. Like a spark of light deep inside the felt absence is having life breathed into it.
The exhale is the same - like blowing on an ember until it grows.
Do a few breaths.
This practice is about receiving beneficial fields into places where your system has room for them. In Phase 3, you will learn the Breath of Life practice for working with voids - the deeper, gravitational collapse points in your system. The Breath of Life for voids works differently: it involves recognizing a spark of Source already within the void and breathing from both directions at once. That practice is in section 3.1. For now, this breathing practice gives your system a way to receive what you recognize.
What to Be Mindful Of
Voids are gravitational. By definition, they are alluring. You may find yourself drawn into the sensation - fascinated by it, spending too much time in the feeling of it.
If you notice you do not like what is happening, simply return your attention to your Source Treasures. Any or all three. Breathe into them. Reach for benevolence.
Returning your attention to your Source Treasures, breathing into them, and reaching for benevolence is the most wonderful, safest, centering, uplifting thing you could ever do.
What to Expect
Every time you involve benevolence and Source in the healing of your voids, something will shift. Some people feel it clearly. Some people sense a subtle change. Some people may not notice anything in the moment.
But if you did this practice, something beneficial definitely happened. Every single time. Your efforts matter.
Lesson: The 5 Statement Roots
Your system has been organized around lower codes for a long time. Structures, morphic fields, and detrimental consciousness have all been running their programs - and your system adapted to them. It learned to operate within those constraints. Statements help your system operate from the codes you actually want to live from.
Statements give your system direct experience of a higher code. When you say a statement out loud and then breathe it through your system, you are not affirming something you wish were true. You are giving your system the actual experience of that code - even if briefly, even if it resists. Each time you do this, the new code gets a little more established. Over time, your system reorganizes around what is true rather than what it was trained to survive.
How to Work with Statements
- Read through the statement lists below. Go slowly.
- When a statement stands out - resistance, emotion, disbelief, longing, something clicking, relief, a sigh - pause.
- Say the statement out loud, so you can hear yourself.
- Do the Alternate Nostril Breathing: plug your left nostril and breathe in through your right nostril. Then switch - plug your right nostril and exhale out through your left. That is one cycle. Repeat 2 to 5 cycles per statement.
- Repeat the statement out loud again.
- Continue reading the lists. When another statement hits you, repeat steps 3-6.
You are running the statement through your system. You just said something you want to agree with. The breathing moves it through.

Lesson: Beneficial Statements for Upliftment
The 5 Statement Roots reached into the deeper places. These statements orient you toward what is available now that space has opened. They are descriptions of states that are genuinely available to you - states you can move toward because you have done the work to make room for them.
Read through all 40 statements. Go slowly. When one resonates - when you feel something open, settle, or stir - pause. Say it out loud. Then do the Alternate Nostril Breathing. Two to five cycles per statement. Then repeat the statement out loud.
As you breathe, place your attention on a Source Center. Your attention on a Source Center catalyzes the treasure that it is. The exhale of your breath and attention combined into the treasure allows the pathways and plumbing to be built in cooperation with benevolence and your Greater Intelligence.

Lesson: Template Installation
Templates are codes for how your system can operate. Your Greater Intelligence can install them when your system is ready. This practice is different from the statements - you ask first, before you read the list.
How to Practice
- Ask your Greater Intelligence: "Which template is my system ready for?" This primes your system to scan for the template it is ready for. Without this question, the templates might not stand out to you.
- Read through the 32 templates below. With your system primed by the question, one or more will stand out.
- Say the command statement: "I command and accept the immediate installation of a new template of ______."
- Do the Alternate Nostril Breathing. Two to five cycles. As you breathe, place your attention on a Source Center. Your attention on a Source Center catalyzes the treasure that it is. The exhale of your breath and attention combined into the treasure allows the pathways and plumbing to be built in cooperation with benevolence and your Greater Intelligence.
One template per session.
The 32 Templates
- Love
- Truth
- Source
- Freedom
- Acceptance
- Letting Go
- Compassion
- Aliveness
- Preciousness
- Follow-through
- Resilience
- Benevolence
- Doing Hard Things
- Rejecting Distortion
- Uplifting Genetics
- Transformation of Biology
- Future
- My Mind
- My Heart
- Gentleness
- Fierceness
- Looking Up
- Plants as Medicine
- Friend to Animals
- Friend to Humanity
- Differentiating from Lower Collective Structures
- New Identity Structures
- Questioning Dogma
- Rapport with All Versions of Truth
- Ultimate Reality
- Releasing Investment in the Wrong Direction
- Busyness for the Sake of Adding Life Force (and which results in uplifting you)
Self-guided - no separate lesson. Work through this section on your own after completing the practices above.
Before you begin this section, check your Blueprint Materials (1.17). Make sure you have logged your tendencies from 1.11, your qualities from 1.16, and your intentions from 2.5. You will need them now.
Go back to what you wrote at the beginning of this phase - your North Star. Read it slowly. Read all of it.
Now hold it against everything you have mapped. Your patterns. Your structures. Your assumptions. The gifts inside your methods. The qualities you found in your ordinary moments. The congruences you traced. The detrimental types that dominate your system.
With all of that in front of you, answer these questions:
- What do you see now about your North Star that you could not see at the beginning of this phase?
- Which of your patterns have been working against your North Star - and which have been working toward it without you realizing?
- Look at your Blueprint Materials (1.17). Which of those tendencies and qualities are most needed for your North Star? Which ones are already in use - just aimed somewhere else?
- Is there anything you want to add to your North Star now? Anything you want to remove? Anything that has become more specific?
Write freely. Your North Star is not fixed. It is an orientation - and you now know more about the terrain you are orienting from.
Tools for voids, statements, beneficial upliftment, and template installation
When to use: As needed, when you sense within you a gravitational pull, heaviness, collapse, or felt absence.
This practice is designed to teach your system - your body, your mind, your chakra system, all of the hundreds of subtle systems in you, your anatomy, your heart - how to cooperate more, and how to be receptive to the profound, loving, intelligent, uplifting consciousness and frequencies that are available to you.
The beneficial morphic fields and benevolent structures are not far away in the galaxies, not way up above, far out of reach. They are instant. They are immediately available when your system is okay with allowing them.
Voids are gravitational collapse points - places of unbearable gravity. Scan for dark patches, isolated collapse points, the bad kind of emptiness, painful holes.
Step 1: RECOGNIZE
Read over the list of benevolent morphic fields and benevolent structures. It's designed to help awaken and help your system remember and recognize what is familiar to it.
When you notice which ones your system is ready for, pause and give your system a moment to acknowledge all the things it brings up in you - mental things, heart things, feelings, stillness, or maybe a reaction. Just allow that.
Step 2: SCAN FOR HOLES
As you allow your system to register the responses, notice where there might be a hole within each. A little hole, or a big hole, or a felt absence, or collapse, or a feeling of bent.
Scan inside your body. Also scan within the three-foot radius around you. Imagine that inside your body is an entire universe. Inside your mind, in your head, is a universe. Inside your chest and heart area, it's a universe. You are a multiverse.
Scan for holes - not the vast, beautiful, expansive kind of openness, but a yucky, edgy hole.
Step 3: BREATHE IN
Put your attention inside that hole. From within it, breathe in the luminous, sparkly, beautiful item from your list.
You are imagining that you are breathing in a luminous field of consciousness, benevolence, and intelligence.
There is a spark of Source of Life within the void. It is already there. When your system recognizes it, the collapse is not total. Source is cooperating with you from the inside.
Step 4: EXHALE
On the exhale, imagine that the benevolence you just breathed into the hole - the exhale is like blowing on it, like a little ember inside the hole, and you're adding to its growth.
Both the inhale and the exhale give it more life. Both directions at once.
Step 5: REPEAT
Do a few breaths. You're training your system how to heal itself, and it's doing so by reaching and allowing benevolence, higher codes, and higher consciousness to repair some of the damage in your system.
Ask for help from benevolence and Source. This is not optional. You cannot do this alone, and you do not need to.
When to use: Use the statements when you are wondering how to change a pattern about yourself in a deeper way.
Statements are high-leverage change processes. They give your system access to something it could not reach on its own, which can free it up or catalyze it to reach for more.
How to Work with Statements:
Step 1: PREPARE
Do the Rib Cage Move before you begin.
Step 2: READ AND NOTICE
Read through the statement lists. Go slowly. When a statement stands out - resistance, emotion, longing, something clicking - pause.
Step 3: SAY IT OUT LOUD
Say the statement out loud, so you can hear yourself.
Step 4: ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATHING
Plug your left nostril and breathe in through your right. Then switch - plug your right nostril and exhale out your left. Repeat 2 to 5 cycles per statement.
Step 5: REPEAT
Repeat the statement out loud again. Continue reading the lists and repeat when another statement hits you.

When to use: When you feel your system is ready for a new and deeper understanding and relationship with a particular concept or process. The effects accumulate and compound.
Templates are codes for how your system can operate. Your Greater Intelligence can install them when your system is ready.
Step 1: ASK
Ask your Greater Intelligence: “Is my system available for a new template?” If you feel the answer is yes, then ask: “Which template is my system ready for?”
This primes your system to scan for the template it is ready for.
Step 2: READ AND NOTICE
Read through the 32 templates. With your system primed by the question, one or more will stand out.
Step 3: COMMAND
Say the command statement: “I command and accept the immediate installation of a new template of ______.”
Step 4: BREATHE
Do the Alternate Nostril Breathing (2 to 5 cycles). As you breathe, place your attention on a Source Center. Your attention on a Source Center catalyzes the treasure that it is.
How to Practice

When to use: Throughout the day, or in the middle of the night. A few minutes each day, or several times a day. This is a transcript - the audio is linked in the lesson “Breath of Life as Deliverer of Source.”
The purpose of this practice is to synchronize your source treasure energies with your life force energies, so that your pathways can facilitate and manifest and deliver your life force energies and source treasure energies.
Your source treasures - your mind treasure deep in the center of your mind, your heart treasure deep in the center of your heart, and your ground treasure deep in the center of your pelvic region - contain the wellspring of the purest, highest source frequencies that your system can handle. They're yours. They cannot be corrupted or taken away or inverted or removed.
It's important that your source energies are able to flow freely throughout your system. In order for that to happen, your system needs pathways - clear channels and routes for those energies.
Step 1: PLACE YOUR ATTENTION
Place your attention on any one or all three of your source treasures - deep within the universe of your head, your chest, or your pelvic region.
Sustain your attention there. Even if you don't see or feel the treasure, that's okay. What matters is that you know the treasure is deep within the center.
Step 2: NOTICE
As your attention is sustained there, notice if there is a point, an area, or some other identifiable phenomena happening in that center. It could be a movement, a felt sense, or a somatic recognition.
Let your attention go to that place in the center around your treasure.
Step 3: BREATHE WITH ATTENTION
As your attention goes there, breathe. Just breathe with your attention on that spot.
As you continue to breathe with your attention on that spot, you may notice that the area starts to move.
Step 4: TRACK THE MOVEMENT
You want your attention to follow the movement. You are tracking the movement with your attention and breathing in and out, as if your breath has directionality alongside your attention.
Breathing in and out, like a chute - you are funneling your attention and breath into the movement, the somatic movement around the treasure.
Step 5: EXPAND
Keep your precious attention upon this area in the depth around your treasure. Notice if there are more than one places that light up or activate. Use your attention and breath to track them.
They may take on a movement and directionality of their own - this is the intelligence of your system, either unwinding tangly structures or building new ones. The purpose is so that your source energies and life force energies can flow more freely throughout the structures in all of your centers.
This is a statement practice - like the Statement Roots in Phase 3, but oriented toward your relationship with Source directly. There are two forms. Both use the same list of completions, and both are followed by the Alternate Nostril Breathing.
Form 1
“I understand what it feels like to be ___ by my Source Treasures within me.”
Form 2
“I, as a manifestation of the entirety of my True Nature, understand what it feels like to be ___ by my Source Treasures within me.”
Form 1 is the statement. Form 2 is the same statement spoken from the full recognition of who you are - not just a part of you, but the entirety. Use whichever form your system is ready for. You may find that Form 1 lands differently than Form 2. Both are real. Both do something.
Read through the completions below. When one stands out - when something opens, settles, stirs, or resists - pause. Say the statement out loud. Then do the Alternate Nostril Breathing: plug your left nostril and breathe in through your right, then switch - plug your right nostril and exhale out through your left. Two to five cycles per statement.
Completions:
Invested in
Guided
Confronted
Shown what I need
Shown where I'm hurting myself
Loved anyway
Discouraged in my self-destructiveness
Encouraged to let go
Shown what I don't need
Be given gifts
These are starting points. Get creative - your Greater Intelligence knows what you need to hear. If a completion comes to you that is not on this list, use it. The statement is the vehicle. What you put inside it is between you and Source.
You have worked with the Beneficial Structures and Benevolent Morphic Fields since Phase 2 - marking which ones you were ready to allow to change you, practicing Daily Benevolence with them, breathing them into felt absences (voids.) Now you can work with them through statements.
Take any item from either list - the 10 Beneficial Structures or the 15 Benevolent Morphic Fields - and place it into the two statement forms:
Form 1
“I understand what it feels like to ___.”
Form 2
“I, as a manifestation of the entirety of my True Nature, understand what it feels like to ___.”
Adjust the wording so it reads naturally. For example:
“Valuing Sentient Life as Precious” becomes: “I understand what it feels like to value sentient life as precious.”
“Uplifting others with your words” becomes: “I, as a manifestation of the entirety of my True Nature, understand what it feels like to uplift others with my words.”
“Stability in stillness” becomes: “I understand what it feels like to be stable in stillness.”
Read through the Beneficial Structures and Benevolent Morphic Fields lists (found in 2.6 and PDF Toolkit 3). Convert the ones that speak to you into statements. Say them out loud. Do the Alternate Nostril Breathing after each one - two to five cycles.
This practice connects everything: the beneficials you recognized in Phase 2, the statement work you learned in Phase 3, and the recognition of your Greater Intelligence as Truth from Phase 4. You are giving your system direct experience of what it means to participate in these fields - not from a distance, but as a manifestation of the entirety of you.
You have done the hardest work. You mapped various structures, strategies and programs that have been running you. You recognized what was yours. You learned to sense when you are off track and reach for the right tool.
Phase 4 is not more work. It is recognition of what was already happening.
You now know enough to orient. You know what benevolence is. You know what your Greater Intelligence is. You know what beneficial structures and morphic fields exist. You know some of your tendencies, some of your qualities, and what your North Star points toward. Keep discovering. You have the practices. You have the tools.
Knowing these things and orienting toward them is 80% of the work. Your system, like the rotating stars, orients toward what you know. The remaining work - the corelevant challenges (the ones that are appropriate to your evolution), the grittier moments, the places where your old machinery still runs - that work is real, and the "how" of doing it is revealed along the way. Not solved in advance. Revealed - through the practices, through cooperation with your Greater Intelligence, through daily benevolence, through living differently in ordinary moments.
You do not need a plan for the rest of your life. You need orientation. Phase 4 is where you claim it.
Lesson: Recognizing Your Greater Intelligence as Truth
Your Greater Intelligence has been with you the entire course. It was there in Phase 1 - the intelligence that allowed you to look at your own patterns without being totally destabilized by what you saw. It was there in Phase 2, when you recognized that your Greater Intelligence is not separate from you - it IS the intelligence of your whole system. And it was there in Phase 3, every time you gave your system a higher code and felt something shift.
Greater Intelligence as Truth
Everything is an manifestation of Source. Your patterns are manifestations of Source. Your detrimental structures are manifestations of Source. Your pain is a manifestation of Source. Your wonderful qualities are manifestations of Source. Benevolence is too. Everything is truth - the truth of whatever it is. But not all truth is useful, relevant, or coherently organizing for you and your evolution.
Your Greater Intelligence is. It is undistorted Truth. It is the coherent, undistorted expression of Source as you - uniquely yours, knowing what is right for your system specifically. It cannot be turned off. Your system can be built to ignore it, go against it, or cooperate with it, and symptoms will ensue, - but the intelligence itself never stops.
What Happens When You Cooperate
When you cooperate with your Greater Intelligence, something happens that is hard to describe from the outside but unmistakable from the inside: the more you allow yourself to reach for Truth through your Greater Intelligence, the more you become your Greater Intelligence. It is Truth, and it gives you Truth that is right for you, and it helps you find Truth that you need in order to become part of greater systems of aliveness. It is paradoxical and evolutionary. Your Greater Intelligence is the mechanism. Your True Nature is the result. They are form and function - both fueling and catalyzing each other as "I."
Entering Beneficial Structures
This is also how you enter beneficial structures. Not by reaching for them from a distance (from absence.) Not by wishing. By recognizing your own Greater Intelligence as Truth and cooperating with it. Each time you do, your cymatics shift. Your frequencies change. You become part of the system of benevolence not because boundaries dissolve, but because who you are has changed.
The point is to change out of what you were that was hurtful in you into more coherence, more your True Nature, guided by your Greater Intelligence which is completely capable of cooperating with benevolence until you become more and more yourself, more and more real, more and more stable, balanced and a manifestation of the Source Treasure energies within you.
This happens in stages:
- The reaching - "I need that."
- The seeing - "I see that."
- The recognition - "I am that (beneficial field.)"
These stages are not a ladder you climb once. They are a living process. You may be at "I am" with one beneficial field and "I need that" with another. All of it is useful. All of it is progress. And throughout all of it, you remain differentiated - uniquely you, even as you become part of something larger. This is not blending, merging, or homogenization with those fields. Every holy helper, every person, every animal is differentiated, even as they participate in the same system of benevolence.
The Exercise
- What has your Greater Intelligence been showing you that you have been ignoring, explaining away, or overriding?
- Listen. Your Greater Intelligence has a quality you can recognize by now - it is quiet, clear, unswaying. It does not argue. It does not push. It simply knows. What has it been showing you?
- Write what comes.
- Then ask: what would change if you treated that knowing as Truth that is right for you, that would evolve you as and into your True Nature - not as a suggestion, not as one input among many, but as Truth?
- Write that too.
This is a statement practice - like the Statement Roots in Phase 3, but oriented toward your relationship with Source directly. There are two forms. Both use the same list of completions, and both are followed by the Alternate Nostril Breathing.
Form 1: "I understand what it feels like to be ___ by my Source Treasures within me."

Lesson: Exchanging Breath of Life with Source (also in Toolkit 4 pdf)
In Phase 2, you breathed a beneficial field into a felt absence - a luminous, sparkling field into a hole in your system, like blowing on an ember. That was the beginning.
This practice goes deeper. You are no longer breathing a beneficial field into a hole. You are breathing Source itself - from the center of every particle of existence - into your treasures. And the exhale is no longer feeding a spark. The exhale crumbles the broken structures around your treasures.
This is the deepest practice in the course.
How to Do It
- Imagine Source at the center of every particle of existence. Not far away. Not above. At the center of every particle - in the air, in the ground, in you, in everything.
- Choose one, two, or all three of your Source Treasures: your mind treasure, your heart treasure, your ground treasure.
- Breathe Source from the center of every particle in existence into the treasure you chose. Feel it arrive. Feel the treasure receive it.
- On the exhale, imagine the broken structures around your treasure crumbling. The old architecture - the distortions, the constrictions, the damage from lower codes - loosening, dissolving, falling away. Not violently. Like old walls that no longer hold, quietly giving way to what is emerging from within.
Keep breathing. Inhale brings Source in. Exhale dissolves what does not belong. You may feel shifts - subtle or strong. Both are real.
You can do this practice with one Source Center at a time or all three. Let your system tell you where to start. There is no wrong way to do this - only more practice.
Lesson: Working with Your Source Treasures and Spiritual Anatomy (toolkit 4)
These practices are attention-based. They are not about breath. They are about placing your attention on what is already inside you and holding it there - with knowing. The combination of sustained attention and knowing builds bridges between your self and Source within.
Exercise: Finding Your Source Treasure
Choose one of your three Source Treasures - your mind treasure (head), your heart treasure (chest), or your ground treasure (lower belly).
Imagine you are looking at that area. As you get closer, you cross the threshold of your body and gaze into the interior. It is a vast universe inside you. Massive.
At the very center of that universe exists your treasure. Make your way there.
When you arrive, hold your attention on the treasure. Know that it is there. Sustain your attention. Hold the knowing. You are building a bridge between your self and your Source treasure.
After the practice, write what you encountered:
- What did you notice on the way to the treasure?
- What did you feel or sense when you arrived?
- Did anything surface that you recognized - a memory, an emotion, a pattern, a conclusion you have been living?
When Something Surfaces Along the Way
As your attention reaches into the pathways around your treasure, things may come up - a memory, pain, confusion, an emotion, a reaction. When this happens:
- Ask your Greater Intelligence: "What do I need to let go of right now?"
- Pause. You may get a knowing - a phrase, a felt sense, or a conclusion you have been living for a long time.
- When you recognize it, commit to letting it go.
- Allow the intelligence of your system to release it.
- Consider reaching for a beneficial structure or something you know would be better for you. This can be spontaneous - your Greater Intelligence knows what is needed for you.
Allowing is the key. It is not passive, and it is not forcing. It is giving your system permission to do what it already knows how to do.
Write what came up and what you let go of. What did you reach for instead (if anything)?
A Place to Return To
When you do not know what to do with your attention - in this practice or in life - go straight to your treasures. They glow. They are your safe place. Your resting zones. Your presence. Your stability. Your allowing of Life.
Self-guided - work through this section on your own. Take your time.
Everything you need is already collected. Your tendencies from Phase 1. Your qualities from your ordinary moments. Your intentions from Phase 2. The beneficial structures and morphic fields you recognized. Your North Star, updated across the course. Your Blueprint Materials in 1.17 hold the raw material. Now you assemble it.
Open your Life Purpose Blueprint document. First, go through each of the seven sections. Pull from your Blueprint Materials (1.17) and from everything you have written across the program. Update anything that has changed. Fill in anything still blank. Make sure every section holds real material before you move on.
Here is where to find what you need for each section:
- What You Are Genuinely Capable Of - your tendencies from 1.11 (The Gift Inside the Method). As you write each one, notice: do you respect this ability? Do you value it? Has it grown since you first named it?
- Who You Actually Are - your qualities from your ordinary moments (1.16), your recognition of benevolence (2.6), and anywhere across the program where something real about you became visible.
- What You Are Really Oriented Toward - the intentions from 2.5 that you examined and chose to keep.
- What You Are Ready to Allow - the beneficial structures and benevolent morphic fields you marked in 2.6. Look at this list now, after everything you have practiced. Are there items you were not ready for in Phase 2 that you are ready for now? Are there items that have already become part of how you live?
- Where You Are Headed - your North Star, updated. Include who you need to become. Not vague aspirations but structural descriptions of the person who can actually get there.
- What Matters Most - answer the question in your Blueprint document. Let the answer come from a place where you are already safe, already invested in, already getting better.
- How You Want to Be Known - answer the question in your Blueprint document. Name the truest version of yourself.
Once every section is filled in, go to the Putting It All Together section of your Blueprint document. Work through all five steps. The questions there will help you find the throughline across everything you collected, distill it, and write it into a few paragraphs in your own voice. When you read those paragraphs and think "that is me," you are done.
Lesson: Evolution as Contribution
After completing the lesson, sit with this.
The fields of humanity and life on earth benefit every time you wisely invest your internal precious resources. Every time you allow benevolence. Every new choice you make to interrupt a lower-coded behavioral or perceptual pathway. Every time you and Source heal a void.
You have been doing all of these things across this entire program. You just did not know that each one was also a contribution to something larger than yourself.
Consider what you have done - not what you got wrong, not what you skipped, not what felt incomplete. Consider what you actually did. The patterns you examined. The congruences you interrupted. The moments you chose differently. The voids you breathed life into. The beneficials you recognized and allowed.
Each one of those changed the fields. Each one added something to the library that every human draws from. Each one - including the messy ones, the incomplete ones, the ones that felt like failure - was information that Source received and learned from.
Write what comes when you hold that. Not what you think you should feel about it. What you actually feel when you consider that your process - all of it - has been contributing to the evolution of life on earth the entire time.
Self-guided - the closing of this program and the opening of what comes next.
Look at what you built. You now have a map of what was running you. A way to find the gift inside your patterns. An understanding of benevolence and how to recognize it. Tools for interrupting your congruences, delivering higher codes to your system, and breathing Source into your treasures. A Life Purpose Blueprint assembled from real material that you excavated, recognized, and claimed.
That is real work. You did it.
Here is what you walk away with - five things that are now yours:
- A methodology for working with your patterns. The Phase 1 process of mapping, excavating, and finding the gift inside the method is yours to return to whenever you need it. New patterns will surface. New ordinary moments will reveal new congruences. The methodology does not expire.
- A direction for where your freed-up resources go. Toward the beneficial structures and morphic fields you recognized, toward your North Star, toward the person you are becoming. This direction deepens with practice.
- A complete toolkit. The Rib Cage Move, the Statements, the Beneficial Statements, Templates, the Breath of Life, Void Scanning, Daily Benevolence - these are the mechanism by which you continue evolving. Your Complete Toolkit at the end of this workbook has all of them in one place.
- A decision framework for choice points. Does this investment of my precious resources move me toward what I now know matters, and toward the person I need to become?
- An understanding of what your practice does beyond yourself. Every time you evolve, the fields of humanity are informed. Every time you practice, you add value to life on earth.
You completed something real. What continues from here is not obligation - it is orientation. You know what you know. Your system orients toward it, like the rotating stars. The "how" of what comes next is revealed along the way, through the practices, through cooperation with your Greater Intelligence, through living differently in ordinary moments.
The program is complete. You are equipped. Go live from what you know.
Tools for Source exchange, treasures, and spiritual anatomy
When to use: Daily. This is the deepest practice in the course. You can do this practice with one Source Center at a time or all three. There is no wrong way to do this - only more practice. Every time you do it, something beneficial happens. Every time.
Step 1: CHOOSE YOUR SOURCE CENTERS
Choose one, two, or all three of your Source Centers: your mind treasure, your heart treasure, your lower treasure. Let your system tell you where to start.
Step 2: INHALE: SOURCE IN
Breathe Source from the center of every particle of existence into the treasure you chose. From the center of every particle - because that is where Source is. Feel it arrive into your treasures. Feel your Source Treasure(s) receive Source from the center of every particle in your awareness.
Step 3: EXHALE: CRUMBLE
On the exhale, the broken structures around your treasure crumble. The old architecture - the distortions, the constrictions, the damage from lower codes - loosening, dissolving, falling away. Like old walls that no longer hold, quietly giving way to what is emerging from within.
Step 4: CONTINUE
Keep breathing. Inhale brings Source in - and Source receives you. Exhale dissolves what does not belong - because Source, having received you, knows exactly what is ready to go. You may feel shifts - subtle or strong.
Your attention is one of the most precious resources you own. Where you place it matters. In this practice, you place it on what is already inside you - your Source Treasures - and you hold it there. Not to make something happen. To build the bridge between your self and Source within.
This is witnessing. Not visualizing - not creating an image of something you want to see. Witnessing is observing what already exists. Your Source Treasures are already there. Your spiritual anatomy is already there. Witnessing is how you develop access to them.
You have known about your three Source Treasures since the Intro module - your mind treasure, your heart treasure, and your ground treasure. You know they are incorruptible wellsprings of Source frequencies within you. You know that placing your attention on them increases their potency.
Now you go to them.
Choose one of your three treasures - your head, your chest, or your lower belly. Imagine you are looking at that area. As you get closer, you cross the threshold of your body and gaze into the interior. What you find is not small. It is a vast universe inside you. Massive. At the very center of that universe exists your treasure.
Make your way there.
When you arrive at the treasure, hold your attention there. Know that it is there. That combination - sustained attention and knowing - is the practice. You are building a bridge between your self and your Source treasure. This bridge is dynamic. It develops over repeated practice, and something can also shift in a single sitting. Both are real.
You do not need to make anything happen. You do not need to direct energy or visualize an outcome. Care about the connection. Sustain your attention. Hold the knowing.
When you do not know what to do with your attention - in this practice or in life - go straight to your treasures. They glow. They are your safe place. Your resting zones. Your presence. Your stability. Your allowing of Life.
As you make your way toward your treasure, your attention may bump into pathways and structures around it. This can surface things - a memory, pain, confusion, an emotion, a reaction. This is good. It means your attention is reaching into real territory.
Step 1: ASK
Ask your Greater Intelligence: "What do I need to let go of right now?"
Step 2: PAUSE
You may get a knowing - in the form of a phrase, a felt sense, or a conclusion you have been living for a long time.
Step 3: RECOGNIZE AND COMMIT
When you recognize it, commit to letting it go.
Step 4: ALLOW
Allow the intelligence of your system to release it. Allowing is the key. People overlook or pass this part by, but it is very significant. Allowing is its own kind of command - it is not passive, and it is not forcing. It is giving your system permission to do what it already knows how to do.
Step 5: REACH
After the release, you might consider reaching for a beneficial structure or something you know would be better for you. This can be spontaneous. Your Greater Intelligence is smart like that - spontaneously knowing what is needed for you.
Step 6: CONTINUE
Continue toward the treasure. Keep building the bridge.
The Difference Between "Visualize" and "Witness"
Visualize: Is to create the image or feeling.
Witness: Is to observe that it already exists.
For the numbered attention spots, witness a glowing spot of light by using your attention on that location (for example left heart spot.) Start with the light being the size of a ping pong ball.
For the lettered attention spots, witness by using your attention on that location (see description of locations.) For example, witness the body grid.
You do not need to witness all of the spots at once. In fact, start with one at a time. Sometimes, and only if it feels natural, you can combine any of them.
Use the witnessing as spiritual practices during meditation or during everyday activities. Over time, these spots will become more integrated with each other, thus building a more wholistic spiritual anatomy.
With your attention and consistency, they will naturally grow in size and potency.
If some practices are more difficult than others, that's ok.
You are witnessing glowing spots of light in one or more of the following locations:
Step 1: GV 21
On the top of your head, directly in the middle.
Step 2: BRAIN STEM
Located at the base of the brain, where your head meets your neck, between the back of your throat and the back of your neck. It is the intermediary between the brain and spinal cord.
Step 3: THIRD EYE
In between the brows and slightly above.
Step 4: LEFT MIND
1" above the left ear and 3" inside the brain.
Step 5: RIGHT MIND
1" above the right ear and 3" inside the brain.
Step 6: MIDDLE HEART
Center of the nipple line, directly in the middle of the chest on the surface.
Step 7: LEFT HEART
Inside the left side of the heart organ, towards the top of the heart.
Step 8: RIGHT HEART
Same location as the left heart but on the right side of the chest.
Step 9: DEEP HEART
Directly behind the Middle Heart but deeper, close to the spine.
Step 10: LEFT RIB CAGE
Located on the left side 12th rib (bottom, floating rib) straight down from the nipple line.
Step 11: RIGHT RIB CAGE
Located on the right side 12th rib (bottom, floating rib) straight down from the nipple line.
Step 12: UMBILICUS
Just inside the belly button.
Step 13: CV 4
Also known as "lower dantien" - approximately 2" below the belly button and 2" straight back inside.
Step 14: CV 1
Also known as the perineum.
You are witnessing an area in one or more of the following locations:
Step 1: A. GLOWING ASTRAL SPINE
Witness a glowing cylinder approximately 6" in diameter from CV1 all the way to the inside of the top of your head.
Step 2: B. ANTENNA
Witness a glowing antenna, approximately 2" in diameter, extending from CV 1 (your perineum) all the way straight out the top of your head, up to your outer grid, approximately 16'-20' up from your body. The antenna is a transceiver. Energy from you moves up the antenna to the higher and finer, and the higher and finer energies move down into you.
Step 3: C. GLOWING BRAIN
Witness your brain glowing.
Step 4: D. BODY GRID
What is the body grid? The body grid is the grid of information around your body that informs your body of what it is. This grid is located at a straight-arms distance all around you, approximately 2 1/2' - 3 1/2' (the length of your arm) from your center all around you. It is the shape of a sphere. Only witness the shape of the grid sphere, not the space in-between your body and the grid sphere.
Step 5: E. OUTER GRID
What is the outer grid? It is a significant interface between you and higher frequencies. It is not the only interface, but interfacing with higher energies is referenced this way because more becomes available to you. The grid is located approximately 16'-20' radius from the center of your body. It is above you and all around you as a sphere. Again, only witness the shape of the grid sphere, not the space in-between your body and the grid sphere.
Glowing Organs
Witnessing an organ glowing. You may have to research the location, shape and size of the organ.
Glowing Peripheral Nervous System
Your peripheral nervous system branches off your central nervous system/spinal cord. It consists of all the nerves in your neck, torso and limbs. Witness it glowing.
Glowing Bones
There are 4 categories of bones used in this context: flat bones (hips, cranial bones and scapulas), long bones (legs and arms), rib cage, and spinal column (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral and coccyx). Witness one or more category as glowing.
Words of Encouragement
Do not worry if during witnessing, you cannot "see" or "feel" the places you put your attention on. Just sense.
"Witnessing" can mean seeing, feeling or sensing. Just know that it's there.
What matters is intent and consistency.
Over time, your attention will grow in potency as will your spiritual anatomy.
It takes time to develop spiritual anatomy and to become a higher functioning human.
